1. I asked for a room for 2 adults and 1 child and they gave me a 1-bed room that I had to change and pay extra for when I returned at night.
2. ⁠The first 1-bed room they gave me smelled a lot like marijuana.
3. ⁠According to what is included in the breakfast, which is a fraud because there are only a couple of breads, cereal and a waffle mix, they don't have eggs and bacon, which is normal in any hotel.

I will make sure to never go back.

Worst hotel ever!
No dogs allowed yet dogs barking constantly.
Smoking everywhere, smells really bad.
Motion sensor mirrors that turn the light on all night every time you move in bed!!!
The staff ENTERED the room without permission to rudely throw us at 11:30 am even though we had a late checkout for 1 pm.
No one speaks English to be able to help you either. They just hang up on you.

RUN!!!! ......... RUN FASTER!!!

I do not recommend the hotel, especially room 203 and adjacent rooms. There is a laundry room downstairs, it's so noisy you can't sleep. A suffocating smell comes out. The laundry room even drowns out the TV. A young Indian man with a beard is very rude. Upon arrival, he demanded money for checking in an hour earlier ($20). Pretends there is no noise problem. When he is informed about the problem of chalas, poisonous smoke, he laughs at people. Smelly rooms. The service is not nice. I do not recommend this hotel. There are also bugs in the room.

Much better than it was previously. Seems in the process of remodeling this hotel. We have stayed here before so we do have a baseline experience. Fresh paint ,lighting, bedding,toilets are definitely an improvement. Some of the bad visit, no extra toilet paper in the room, no tissues and a dirty inoperative coffee maker. Breakfast was fair with a decent variety.coffee in the lobby room was good. Front desk was more than helpful and smiling. It’s a plus. Had an incident with a guest pulling the fire alarm for someone smoking on the second floor( yes, it’s a non smoking establishment). Fire department came to reset the fire alarms. Manager came around to each of us and apologized for the misfortune. They have some room to improve to get to a five star rating, but it seems they’re trying to and we appreciate that. We would stay here again if need be.

The first room had fruit flies and smelled! Got a second room that was better, but the TV didn't work. Never again. Didn't even eat breakfast there.

If you are on the fence about booking this, please don't. This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked a room for 4 nights and ended up leaving early, the whole room was extremely dirty, the sheets were gross, the chairs had a ton of stains on them, the floors looked like it had not been vacuumed and all other surfaces were covered in dust and dirt. We ran to the dollar tree and bough cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves and got mattress covers to sleep on so we didn't have to sleep on the sheets. The shower head was also covered in rust and looked like it had never been cleaned. I also went to the front desk to get a vacuum and vacuum the whole room. Then, the second night in, the smoke detector started beeping at 2:00 A.M. We let the front desk know and got back later that day to a still beeping smoke detector, we had to tell the front desk again only for her to question us multiple times until she finally came to our room and told us she was going to call the fire department. We stayed up waiting only for them to not show up and the front desk lady never came back and the detector finally died at around 3:30 in the morning. Had we been able to get a refund we would have left right away and booked someplace else. It's worth paying a little extra for a clean hotel.

If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay, this is it. However...you really do get what you pay for. Rooms: No trashcan in room at all, No tissue, dirty coffee pot, had to ask front desk for trashcan, coffee and tissue. Stayed 5 nights and not once did they touch my room, which was ok, but would have liked some clean towels at least once during my stay. Make sure you check your window. My room was on first floor and when I checked, the window was unlocked and no screen. Anyone could have easily come in. Also safety lock chain inside room was busted. Breakfast: 2 types cold cereal, white toast, dyi waffle. Coffee was instant and bad. Only ate there once. I needed to do a little laundry and washer and dryer were not working properly. Front desk had to come start washer and dryer took forever with lots of quarters. Ended up drying my clothes in my room. The big thing for me was all of the displaced, homeless people staying at the hotel. They were constantly hanging around the outside, sitting on the curb and the kids were running around the parking lot. One guy was sleeping in the hallway a few doors down and I reported to the front desk. Very sad. I can say, whenever I needed anything the front desk staff always got it quickly for me. Also the bed was hard, but comfortable for me. I probably will not stay here again.

Our room flooded 1/2” at the door after my shower, so we spoke with service who kindly gave us a new room with two beds. The staff were kind and helpful, but we’re now both sporting itchy bedbug wounds from our single overnight sleep experience.
