Front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice, helpful and responsive. Made our stay more enjoyable.

Room quality and cleanliness as expected for what you pay for.

There were stains in the sheets before we used the room but the staff was prompt in replacing them.

I recently stayed one night at the Super 8 hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. What made the stay even better was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay.

Clean, comfortable room. No frills but it didn't need to have any - 10 minutes to the polo fields and 10 mins to the casinos. |Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Spent most of the time out and about so this was the perfect place just to sleep!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The facility is in very poor condition. The room feels dense with moisture, smells stale, like fabulous. They don't use professional cleaning supplies. dirty. The room phone didn't work. They stole my husbands jacket. We got it back. Don't book here.

The first room we were given had a broken door that didn't let us in. The second room was not ready for guests and had a dirty floor, stained lamp shades, and no working lamps. We had to have the bathroom light on to light up the rest of the room and that light uses a motion sensor. After 3 trips to wave our hands in the bathroom to see what we were doing, we gave up and fell asleep.

The beds are clean, the rooms mostly quiet, and the staff were very courteous. It's clear this is an often used motel.

Scam, the pictures are when the location was brand new.
There are stains on everything from floors to walls
Not sure if we will get a refund because there manager has to “review “
This place charges $150 for this 2 bed 1 night
Went to best western and payed $148 2 bed 2 night.

I spend a lot of times at hotels. This is not a 2 star hotel, this is a 4 star hotel. Management is excellent, front desk is excellent, the maids are excellent, and even the maintenance is excellent. The continental breakfast is excellent. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the tv’s are amazing. The price was even excellent. The rooms also smelled exceptionally clean. Your cheating yourself by not staying.

Room was good, had a small patio, that was nice. Fridge didn't work or not plugged in. Late afternoon t noon clerk, Nancy was very special and kind. Nice AM woman clerk. Piss poor breakfast, there was nothing there. Coffee and energy bars. When I complained I was told one has to come by six. Breakfast 6to 9 is a joke. Not the prices here. Double! 150 something.
