Fire detector was hanging out of the ceiling. Water damage above windows and paint peeling off wall. Large decorative picture above bed was nasty Needed to be wiped down. We stayed 2 nights and the only time I saw anyone at the desk was when we checked out. Breakfast was provided but we didn't eat.. there was no where to sit. Not limited seating but NO WHERE TO SIT. The bed was comfortable so it was somewhere to rest for the night but a warm, friendly welcome that makes you want to return was definitely missing. If was convenient to where we were going but I did write down 2 other motels in the same area that we'll check out next time.

Positive: This is a 2/3 star hotel that is as clean as a 5 star hotel!! Very safe, cameras all over the place and very friendly staff!! Can't say enough about this hotel! Negative: If I had to complain, the coffee, muffins and cereal bars breakfast is lacking, but still it is something to eat for breakfast.

Fresh paint outside. That’s the only positive. I use to stay here a lot but it has gone far downhill and this will be the last time I ever stay here again. Booked two nights… had to change rooms because toilet wouldn’t flush. New room no water pressure. Toilet doesn’t flush well. Roach from a joint and pubic hair in the bathtub drain. Dirty floors and I’ve killed 5 German roaches in this room. This is literally a roach motel. Stay anywhere else this place sucks

This stay was a nightmare we were travelling from KY to FL and we decided to stay at this hotel we tried to book online for $75 but it didn’t let us book online that was fine we went in there paid $97.20 and went in the room and see there’s a dust and trash under the bad!!! By the door, the bad spread was so gross. I saw bad bugs or idk what was I woke up and ended up getting a rash all over my body and itchiness the bathroom towel was stained! Never stayed at a hotel like that before. Please be careful booking a room here.!!!

Positive: Lots of parking Negative: It smelled like really strong cleaning chemicals. Fitness room stuff was old and squeaky. Room furniture was pretty beat up.

Positive: The hotel is very clean and very secure!! Negative: The breakfast is lacking but coffee and muffins I guess is on when you have several restaurants in the area to get a full breakfast. And the fact they don't have a late checkout is not likeable.

This hotel is horrible. Very shady area with night time staff who doesn’t know how to help guest when they have maintenance issues and was helping another person with their issues, so clearly this hotel is falling apart. The only offer was to move rooms but I am a single woman who did not feel safe moving rooms at midnight. Instead of contacting me to find out why I did not want to move rooms, the manager emails me and repeats what the front desk guy stated. I understand policies exist for a reason, however, there should be exceptions as well. The bathroom light fixture was literally leaking and the room was falling apart. The ONLY reason I gave “service” two stars was because the female front desk agent in the evening was INCREDIBLE and deserves to work somewhere better.

I’ve used this hotel for years, and I can honestly say that this hotel was one of the first hotels to remodel their rooms years ago. However, those renovations have now become outdated, and to make bad even worse the room wasn’t even vacuumed before renting it out! Definitely won’t be staying there again!
