My idea of a good motel starts with a helpful person at the desk. I know I'm going to like my stay by how my interactions are with the front desk.||She introduced herself as Greta and help me with everything I needed and gave me great tips on how to get the best deal. I stayed a lot longer because of that lol.||Greta Made sure I booked at the best rate before taking my money all while being ever so friendly and helpful on a routine basis!!

The cleanliness was below standard. The breakfast was not breaf by any means two stars. The location of it was not terrible. There were a lot of stores and things like restaurants. The staff cleans the room when you’re away so I would recommend asking them not to and also, the place was good if it was something that you needed.

The rooms are nice , but housekeeping needs to be better, They need to be checking on the rooms everyday and don't go 2 -3 days before you clean the room or just change the beds , other than that all is good .

Great guest services over the phone
When I arrived I had great guest service at the desk
Got me on the first floor
Smoking room
Immaculate clean room
Brand new vinyl flooring
Large king bed
Two relaxing chairs
Plus an office chair and desk
Medium size fridge microwave
Appears to be a brand new air conditioner
Bathroom is spotless
They have a swimming pool that works
And a fantastic great rate!
I would recommend it to everybody in the gadson area

The rooms are 10/10. The managers of the place are very friendly. The company I work for always hosts us in this hotel. We have been coming to work in these areas for years and staying here has good service from the management.

we used our rewards points did not stay there and cancelled but the manager says we stayed there. Couldnt we were broke down in Roanoke Alabama she told wyndam that she wont release our points. Wyndam cant do anything for us we have to deal with the manager ourselves DONT USE WYNDAM

I booked my stay for a specific date, got a confirmation for that date; then, last minute that date was changed without my approval to where if I make any changes or cancel, I would be charged a late fee. Support and the people at the front desk just ghost me in this matter and refuse to refund my "late" fee and/or the difference in room price for booking closer to the stay date.
Besides that, there seems to be many building code violations which I will be reporting to the state; the door not being able to shut all the way, even with the click, the top portion of the door is half way open. Plus is that they didn't have bed bugs.
