Positive: It was right off the main road, price was good for a single night's stay and the staff was nice. Negative: The whole place smelled like mildew but looked very clean. The room was nice except the vanity light above the sink didn't work. It didn't bother us because we weren't staying long. The beds were ok but the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.

The person at the front desk, didn't get off his phone the entire time I was there and looked at the room. The room was muggy and warm, the A/C was locked at 70f and was not working properly. It was a smoking room , I don't smoke and the sheets and pillows smelled like 10 years of old smoke. I left, didn't stay there. I would prefer to sleep in my car with my dog in a parking lot.

To start off the check in time was at 4. When we go to check in and we were early they tell us or your reservation was cancelled because we couldn't charge the card which I keep locked . But then they say we do have rooms and with it being July 4th we new all other hotels would be full. So we go ahead and get the rooms they offer mind you we reserved them at a good price and after they get the rooms all totaled we pay for it and notice it double the price we reserved them for. I believe they purposely did that so we wouldn't get the rate we reserved them at. So we get to the room and it's disgusting floors are sticky food residue behind bed. Also mildew in the bathroom toilet sink and tub. It smelled so awful in this room. We stayed for two nights first night was miserable got a total of an hour of sleep. First it was kids on the upper level running and stomping around finally stopped around 1130. Then we get to where we could fall asleep then these dogs are barking in a room come to find out the lady in the room been there 3 months and is unable to take care of the dogs . I had to go to the front desk and complain and he had to go to room and take the dogs out walking it was horrible. Then after not getting sleep went to beach next day all day get back to room and it wasn't even cleaned are towels weren't even exchanged. I was told I needed to bring are old towels to the front desk to get new ones. They have a sign up they only clean the rooms every 3 days. It was a awful stay and do not recommend to any one !!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. First of all, they did not honor the price I was quoted and agreed to online. They said they tried to run my card 15 minutes before I arrived. Which makes no sense at all since I told them I would pay at the property. They said my card was declined and my room was canceled. Ended up paying 150.00 more than quoted with the same card they claimed to be declined. I got the feeling they do this a lot to people. I only agreed because all other motels were booked. When we got to the room it smelled badly of mildew, furniture was worn out, floor was sticky, and the bathroom was filthy. They never cleaned or offered us more towels the whole time we were there. Noisy all night. If you want good sleep I suggest you stay somewhere else

We did 2 beach trips this Summer we were very pleased with the hospitality & the friendly service & cleanliness we returned. Ms. Jenny and Ms. Lynn made us feel right at home. Most of all we appreciate Super 8 for recognizing our Veterans!! Thank You Super 8 for an outstanding job!! We will be returning again!!

I have read all the mean and hateful reviews that people have posted about this hotel and they are totally not true this place is very clean the staff especially Miss Kelly accommodated me and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I have a comfortable, safe stay. This place is conveniently located to all the local shops and restaurants and for the price this is extremely cheap when it's minutes away from the beach as well. Really nice view from the balcony looking at the Crystal clear pool very family-friendly. They have a full continental breakfast that is absolutely amazing and if there's something that you need they will make sure that you get it. So thank you again!! From the Russo twin's

Stayed here for a mens fishing trip. The room was pretty grimy the walls and doors were dirty. It smelled like a combo of musty mold, cigarette smoke, and a tinge of weed. However, the bed was pretty comfortable as well as the pillows. We were not expecting much as we were on a budget and not planning to stay in the room anyway. As long as your expectations are low you'd be fine once you get used to the smell.

If I could attach documents I would, when I entered the lobby the floor was covered in dust and hair, there was a roach crawling across the floor as well as a roach trap in the far right corner of the room full of dead roaches (This is also the same space they serve they're breakfast). Me and my family went up to the room praying for a clean room and not to put surprise as soon as we opened the door there was another roach crawling across the wall it was about a 1.5 inch German roach and when you see them like that, the hotel is infected with them and I'm not about to let my children have roaches crawling on them while they sleep. Additionally after providing video of the roaches they still would only give me a 50% refund. This is a sad pathetic establishment and I for one will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
