I will NEVER book a room again with them. I only booked a room there because I did before and it was nice. But let me tell you NEVER again so I booked my room from Sunday until Tuesday so I checked in cool I get to my room out of 4 lamps only 2 lights worked and the remote didn’t work. So I called the front desk from the room phone and in the middle of talking the call end so I had to call off my cell phone so he came and put in new bulbs so cool came with a working remote great so u think. Come Monday I went out so I asked them can they clean my room ( it’s 11:00am) talked to housekeeping. I even called and asked the front desk and make sure they put my room down for cleaning and new towels. I get back to my room around 9 at night tell me why my room was not cleaned no new towels I went down to the front desk and asked what happened he said he don’t know so we asked for new towels they said no. So I said that’s some bs because u should give everyone clean towels no matter what. I’m so done don’t have to worry about my business anymore.

The only reason I rated 4 stars was because the TV kept acting up. Otherwise check in was easy. The place could definitely use some updates, especially the bedding. It was ugly and I'm pretty sure there was a burn hole in the blanket, but for the price and location it's definitely not bad.

This place is a nasty! Stains, tears, and holes in the bedding. Burn marks on counters, hot tub, and bath tub. Tv remote did not work. Bed was worse for wear. And to top it all off, I cut my foot on an exposed tack strip where carpet should of been covering it. Oh, and the entire place, including my room, smelled of Marijuana! I understand you get what you pay for but this place is a mess! Go elsewhere!!!

Requested for a non smoking room and I was placed in a room that smelled like tobacco smoke, $50 deposit has not been refunded to me within the amount of time stated it would. Hotel attendant did not explain anything to me, I had to ask all questions regarding my stay as I checked in. Need better service!

Front desk is very helpful and considerate. Quiet place with a good restaurant nextdoor. Room was clean and stocked with essentials. Breakfast was good and stocked also. Free wifi and HBO and Cinemax available for free. Plenty of parking available.

My partner stayed at this location begining of the month and they are still charging our card $2.00 every few days. I called to see if someone could explain the charges that clearly states Super 8 as the party responsible for taking the money out of my account. Meghan the person who answered the front desk had an attitude and was very rude. I tried to explain there were multiple charges and she just kept repeating that I was wrong and that Super 8 didn't take anything but the deposit. I was hoping a simple phone call would fix their mistake but now I'll have to call my bank to be reimbursed. Save yourself a headache and avoid this hotel.

This place is really a joke. I was given dirty linen and towels and when told them and showed them I recorded it on my phone. They said I did it and I’m explaining to them that I didn’t notice it until hours later when I pulled the comforter back. So they way of saying that I’m wrong and there right was to take my deposit. This place is a big scam. Stay away from super 8 east moline.

If you like cockroaches, doors that look like the aftermath of a DV case, and fridges without freezers, then look no further. Surprised motel 8 is even in business anymore
