The only reason I had reserved the room in the first place was because the guy at the desk had promised an extra 3 hours in the hotel since my dad, who had just drove for 14 hours by himself to come see me graduate from AIT, was going to get into the hotel a little late and my graduation wasn’t until 14:00 the next day. The next day comes along, it’s 11 on the dot and my dad is woken up by someone slamming his door and demanding he packs up and leaves in 10 minutes. Now, this wouldn’t have been an issue if I had been given a heads up before hand that they couldn’t accommodate my special request, but they did and told me “no problem”. The final nail in the coffin is when I had called them to ask what happened (I assumed someone had booked the room for the next night) and they answered the phone then HUNG UP right after… several times, proving that they recognized my number and had done it all on purpose and for this I’m leaving this review.

I don't know how the reviews are so low. It's not a ritz Carlton, but for a clean, quiet, safe and friendly stay, highly recommended. Gabriel is amazing, even with a full motel he is on top of everything

No one should have to pay that much. For such a terrible place. And the B. S. deposit. I have never been so frustrated and out raged by such low quality and terrible customer service. Maybe if the price reflected the experience it might be ok. It should get negative stars. And to carry the Wyndham brand name too. SMH you know better you should do better.

This place is not what is advertised. No coffee no breakfast. The bed was not fresh. There were small bugs all over the room. The safety lock on the room door is broken. Towels in the bathroom are the size of a slightly oversized kitchen towel. Shower was cold and after calling management no improvement. There is no front desk attendant during normal day hours. You have to make a call and hopefully somebody answers. The rooms are. Are ones with military grade furniture, what looked like from an Army surplus. Wiring for the tv and lights is Hal’s hazard Lu installed. I will definitely not return to this place.

This hotel was nothing like what it was advertised. We had a late flight and ended up pulling in very late and walked into the room. There were stains on the sheets and lampshade, the lock was broken, there was sticky stuff in the door handles and it was very unclean. I do not recommend staying here.

Room was clean and hotel was in safe area. Enjoyed the Patriotic room decor. Bed spread had stains, didn't appear they were washed but sheets were clean. Bathroom had crumbs behind the door but everything else was fine. I've been traveling for the past 4 weeks and have stayed at many hotels during that time and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated by the "no breakfast due to covid" line. I've stayed at plenty of hotels that still offer FULL breakfast no more than 25 miles away. It's a way for hotels to cheap out on their guests, it's not because of covid. If they were that concerned about covid they would do a much more thorough job cleaning the rooms. I'm fairly certain you have a much higher chance of contracting any virus by sleeping on unwashed bedding than you do grabbing a yogurt. If you do not wish to offer breakfast than remove it from your listing so that people don't feel conned by false advertising.

The room was filthy! There was other peoples trash under the beds. Looked like underware and also food wrappers as well as actual left over food. Also the fan in the bathroom was not attached and the cover rattled so loudly that the noise was terrible. When I removed the cover it was so dirty that I had to replace it and deal with the noise. I contacted the manager and he said he would clean the room and fix the fan. I am only writing this because he lied. We left for the day and upon returning nothing was cleaned or done. The manager should be fired for renting such a filthy room but mostly for lying to a guest. NEVER stay here. Use the hotel on base. It also is pet friendly.

I needed a pet friendly hotel that was reasonably priced, close to Rucker. Rodeway fit my needs. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms have been recently upgraded/updated. Basic accommodations. I should have read the amenities list closer. Was disappointed to find no hair dryer was provided. Wish I'd noticed before I was getting ready ?. There are also no glasses or coffee maker, but there is a microwave and mini fridge. Convenient to many local restaurants. I will probably stay again with my pet when in town- I'll just bring my hair dryer!!!.
