Jay at front desk was great, definitely adhered to your needs. Breakfast was satisfying, get to make your own waffles, and the eggs were fresh. Rooms were ok. However, the cleaning staff were lazy. Never cleaned the tub or dusted. Rugs and bedspread not very appealing. Sheets were clean . If you're not driving be prepared to take an Uber. Prices for most of our trips were under $25.

Stayed 3 nights w/ my fiancé while we were in Chicago for some events. The initial room was booked as "non-smoking" but it wrecked of smokes when we got there. We told the front desk and they were happy to relocate us to a room that didn't have the smell. Location was a bit sus at time, but was close to chicago and other suburbs. Price was good and overall, not a bad experience

I wish I knew the name of the manager who worked in the daytime around 2:00 on the 4th because he was the most accommodating and nice employee of a hotel I've ever dealt with as far as the room was it was nice and clean and met all of my accommodation needs as I had a comfortable sleep and there was not too much noise from outside

If you are looking for an inexpensive and decent hotel stay, I would recommend the Super 8 O'Hare property. We found the rooms to be spacious and clean for the most part. No offensive smell to the room.The bed was very comfy and the air conditioner worked great all through our 94+ degree temps we were dealing with during our stay. The floor/carpet was the only thing that I would suggest needed extra cleaning. Simple solution to that...keep your shoes on while walking in the room. There were no noise issues for a Tues through Friday stay. Breakfast had a few options: cereal, make yourself waffles, egg patties, yogurt, apples, mini muffins, toast, coffee, tea and apple/orange juice. Enough to get you going in the morning. Fridge and microwave worked great as well.

I understand this is technically a 2-star hotel, but it's a hotel nonetheless. I understand that in terms of cleanliness, it won't be 100%, but the fact that the towels in the bathroom looked like Zebra stripes was concerning. When I asked if I could get more for the room, they said I could only get 2 extra ones. What is that about? Most definitely re-thinking about coming here again, if I do, I would clearly have to bring my own things as a precaution

The room was not clean and was in disrepair. The security lock was barely attached to the frame. The other guests were loud and the traffic was constant and loud. I did not feel safe or clean. I thought I had picked a satisfactory place for a quick stay but I was wrong about that.
