This Super 8 is super great!!! This hotel is very accommodating and very understanding towards anyone's plight... Hotel and rooms are kept very clean. Vicki the daytime manager is AMAZING!!! And the rest of the staff are pretty great too, they offer a light Continental breakfast and shuttle to and from O'Hare for FREE! you can't beat it! Near grocery stores and shopping areas. Did I mention they have a connected restaurant? Delish! No place on earth is perfect, but the super 8 is definitely great. ❤️🙌👍

I really like using this hotel. They’re very accommodating. Any issues that is occurred are immediately attended to. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, hotel cleaning staff does a great job. The only thing is the construction has been going on for soooo long, but other than that I like this location

It was a normal stay but not the most pleasant, the service from the staff is not very customer oriented to help or give instructions. Also don't have big expectations of the breakfast, it is very poor.
For the price, I think you should get better, the building itself is quite old, you can smell from the entrance.
Room was clean though.
Main advantage is location to the airport and you have to be insistent for the shuttle service they promote.

I had a terrible experience checking in at this hotel. The night shift staff member was clearly undertrained and unwilling to learn the proper procedure for corporate bookings. She repeatedly told me she couldn't check me in, even though I had a valid company card. It took nearly two hours and multiple phone calls to my company (which ultimately had to train her) before I was finally able to get a room. Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful throughout the entire ordeal. The hotel also had a noticeable cigarette smell. This level of incompetence and poor customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be staying here again

The hotel has an excellent location - close to the airport and the city, just next to the interstate highway. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel employee that checked me in was super friendly and accommodating. I felt well taken care of and comfortable.

Staff isn’t an issue any more after they let go of some of the employees but omg the rooms and hotel in itself is terrible. Hallway smells like throw up no matter how many times housekeeping cleans due to the old carpet. This hotel has an insane pest and rodent infestation. Also rooms are too expensive for the tvs to be broken. Last but not least the parking lot is so tiny and complicated.

The staff at the hotel was great, and my room was very clean. The building looks a bit plain and cold from the outside, but the experience was good. This hotel doesn't really have many frills, but for a clean room with a fridge and microwave, it is a good choice.

Overall was a horrible experience. Never felt safe, whenever we asked for towels there were never any or only hand towels, requested a non smoking room due to asthma but everywhere smelled of smoke and both sets of sheets has burn holes in them, breakfast that was listed was extremely misleading basically 2 types of cereal or a granola bar none of the typical small breakfast things you see at hotels. Super loud at all hours of the nights my kids kept getting woken up.
