*Our stay was in September 2024*
Brian the manager, was accommodating when we requested a first floor room due to my disability. He gave us suggestions on where to have supper and places to avoid. He was friendly and approachable. We stayed a few nights and when Brian was not on duty his co-worker Vanessa was. Unfortunately, she was not as friendly. The room was clean, we felt safe, our vehicle was safe and we enjoyed our stay.

This is our go-to place to stay in Cheyenne. Friendly, helpful front desk. The previous guest had messesd up the TV and dek clerk was able to get it back o noral. The bathrom looks remodeled - comfort level, elongated bowl toilet. shower/bath looks very new.||Comfortable bed. We didn't eat breakfast since we had to leave early.||This stay was paid for with the Wyndahm points. Good value to get thier no annual fee credit card.

Positive: Was a good place to pull off the road for a few hours and catch some shut eye. We had been driving twelve hours and the room was clean and cozy. Negative: I do wish there had been better breakfast options. There was cereal, warm orange juice, and day old bagels. A selection of muffins would?ve made all the difference.

The overnight person names Will was friendly and had amazing customer service. The housekeeping lady who was there first thing both nights I stayed was super kind and friendly. She deserves a raise super awesome lady. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very pleasant.

Super sketchy. Felt completely unsafe here. Was glad we survived the night. Got in late due to our travels and saw people stealing from a truck bed in the parking lot right next to where we were parked. Almost decided to leave right there. Only stayed bc it was 2am and a storm was rolling in. Got a first floor room, and window was not locked. I had to lock it myself but the mechanism was just a screw which I did not trust. Cleanliness was okay but found a long hair on one of the towels. Hallways were creepy and so was the front desk dude. Would never stay again, especially for the price.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I've stayed at this specific hotel a few times when traveling between CA and IA. I plan my stops so that THIS is where we stop for the night even if that requires me to drive a little longer. They've accommodated my arrival time (6 hours early more than once) without batting an eyelash or charging me an extra fee. Rooms are decent and CLEAN, full cable including premium channels, laundry facilities and breakfast ALL WITHOUT the extra fee.. Thank you to the team at SUPER 8 for making me feel so welcome during my stay. Keep up the good work👍

Not only did I pay over $100 for crappy parking, sketchy tenants and the possibility of my uhaul getting broken into, I got a free shard of glass embedded in my foot in the room. At least they let my cat stay I guess

Night chick at desk seemed a bit frazzled when checking in, a hearing impaired guest couldn't get their TV to work, she tried and no results. What I don't like is the extra $200 deposit on room when you have a Cheyenne address. And why is it not refundable at checkout, waiting 3 days is ridiculous! When 1 is renovating house or entertaining family or whatever the case may b, the extra deposit is ridiculous. Why do you punish local patrons?! It's a bad community minded policy. I don't recommend this place!
