It is decent. Soap was out after my shower, but it broke my skin out. So we went to buy better soap from Walmart and didn't worry about a refill. I hate how high the beds are. It is ridiculous.
Overall, the rooms are clean, and it is convenient to family.

Positive: Staff was friendly and very accomplished at their positions. The Desk personnel and room cleaning personnel were very kind and helpful. They take pride in their careers. Negative: Everything was wonderful!

We were hesitant to stay at a Super 8 since we had bad experiences at other Super 8 motels. But after checking hotel price across the street we decided to chance it. Very pleased. The one in Cabot AR has been remodeled. Was as nice a room as more expensive hotels. Would definitely stay there again.

So to start if you are on a budget and just need a place to crash this isn't the worst option available. HOWEVER... There were 5 of us, and our kennel trained dog. The only reason I'm giving service 3 stars is because the women who checked us in was able to switch our room from smoking to non smoking. That was probably the only redeemable thing. 1st: the beds are absolutely horrible. You need a running start and a good jump to get on them. The mattress is equivalent to cardboard, they are so uncomfortable! The 3 see through thin blankets were clean but did nothing to keep out any cold. Pillows were ok, but that's about it. 2nd: Within the first 5 minutes, we moved a hand towel and a cockroach crawled out. We killed it and did a thorough search for any more bugs (I was in pest control for a time so it was easy to know what I was looking for). We figured it was the only one we saw and it was only two nights so we left it alone. One employee did tell us that the hotel was under inspection and that if we see anything let them know. 3rd: Then we noticed there were only 2 towels for 5 people, when we went to ask the housekeeper she told us they were not allowed to give out extra towels. We did like that they were understanding with our puppy, and the staff was friendly enough. We can't comment on the breakfast because honestly it look unappetizing. It was mostly just muffins and beagles in ziplock bags, and cereal. Once again, if you are on a budget, and just need a place to sleep (if you can on the horrible beds) this place will work, but there are way more options available! We will never stay here again.

Stayed here a few different times with a support dog.. was never charged until last night. Lady was rude stated "she wasn't doing her job" have always called and spoke with a gentleman who made reservations, really unprofessional. Everyone else has been nice and upbeat

I so wanted to give this 4 stars, even 5 stars. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable, and it really brightened my outlook in comparison with my recent stays at other budget motels. Sadly, the internet connection was so rocky that it regularly disconnected or the speed dropped so low I couldn't even read email or look at maps, much less stream a movie. I was unable to complete some online admin tasks that were pending. For breakfast: The only dry cereals were children's unhealthy favorites: froot loops and frosted flakes. Even the fruit cups are sugar-enhanced. I didn't poke through all of the oatmeal packets, but a first glance suggested that a plain oatmeal packet wasn't there. Let guests add our own quantities of sugar. Thank goodness the day clerk brought out some bananas while I stood there. Yogurt was available.

This is the worst hotel associated with Wyndham. We arrived with our 2 dogs which always travel with us. The beds were WAY too high; (I had to push up a chair to climb into the bed). We complained about the rooms having roaches. We told the manager that we would like to be reimbursed for at least the fee we paid for our 2 dogs. We were told they called the exterminator and he could not find any roaches, and that they acted according to "protocol" and that they could not refund at least the fee we paid for the dogs. If that was indeed the case, then we feel they should refund the points we used to pay for the room.
