If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the WORST salon experience of my life. The owner was beyond rude—completely ill-mannered, dismissive, and downright nasty.

I had a valid Groupon, which she outright refused to accept, making up excuses and rolling her eyes at me like I was an inconvenience for simply asking her to honor what she advertised. No professionalism, no customer service—just arrogance and attitude.

It was clear that she had no interest in treating customers with respect. Instead of explaining things politely, she was condescending and rude, as if she was doing me a favor by even speaking to me. At one point, she just refused to engage at all, expecting me to pay full price despite the valid deal. It was infuriating.

Honestly, people like this shouldn’t be running businesses. If you can’t treat customers with basic human decency, maybe customer service isn’t for you. I walked out and took my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded and other services done with Pooja for a couple years now and I have not been disappointed with the services. Pooja is friendly, gentle, and amazing. My daughter and mother also get services done there. They all do a beautiful job and the prices are reasonable…😊Highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience with eyebrow threading here. It's pretty cheap, and Puja was very nice. She's willing to spend more time to make sure your eyebrows look good and even. Convenient location as well.

I’ve Been going to this salon for almost a year but they change the person how is in charge and she has a really bad service. For second time in a row I asked her to make my eyebrows and she changed my eyebrows shape, In the first time she told me that was my shape when is not. And today I wanted to give her the second shot and I specified the shape and she told me I’ll try. She did the same and I told her and showed the picture and she no even tried to fix it just responded to me you can remove the hairs you don’t like. My last time going there.

I went in today, to get my eyebrows shaped. I asked her to remove the extras and she ripped out a chunk of my eyebrows completely. She refused to take responsibility. Horrible service

This is a great salon. My eyebrows and lip came out perfect, no cuts like I usually get either! They looked great and she put cooling gel after. No breakouts. Good prices and fast service too. This is my new threading salon

The service is really good in here. The environment in this salon is very neat and clean. The owner is very polite .They always welcome me when I walk in and are very friendly.🥰

Please do not go here for eyelash extensions. They aren't really extensions, but rather they just glue regular fake lashes to you. Fake lashes aren't made for long term wear.

Also the person who did them was not experienced in doing so. She kept getting the glue dissolver in my eyes and it was incredibly painful. Not only was there glue everywhere, but the eyelashes weren't even fully glued down to my lid.

I didn't complain while i was there because my eyes were just in so much pain that I went home immediately to remove the lashes, excess glue, and flush my eyes from the glue dissolver.

I would recommend the salon remove this service from their menu or hire a licensed esthetician to do do real extensions.
