Went shopping for a hot tub to several stores in Tucson. Bullfrog was too expensive and customer service there was horrible. Sunset Spas is the way to go. Vlad gave me an amazing deal! He was very knowledgeable and they have a beautiful showroom full of tubs. Thanks again. Can't wait for my tub to get delivered.

Update:
Technician came out this morning. Said nothing was wrong. Previous technician is no longer with company. Company stated nothing about former visit was listed on the account. Notes; they no longer sell this brand of spa and they also were very quick to respond once a review was posted. Everyone I have dealt with was very polite.

October a technician came out to our spa. Found out the spa was improperly assembled. Technician said they were ordering parts to repair and would be back out in a month. It’s December and I have not heard from them. I have left multiple messages and emails. when you call the service line, it goes to voicemail citing technical issue. Wishing this company would do what they say and say what they do.

Sunset spas reached out to me this morning to regarding my issue. Everything has been resolved. They were prompt and polite. I will update further after service has been performed.

Purchased a Wellis spa from Sunset spas almost a year ago. The salesman who has been fired since we purchased a spa lied about installation and set up as well as the chemicals and upkeep. When we took delivery, they did not have the proper cover. They did replace with the proper cover. We finally got it up and running only to find multiple issues. Speakers and the app are not working as well as and a water fixture. The unit is still under warranty. There is a trip charge of $140 for them to fix the spa that they sold us that’s broken. Extremely disappointed.

We like the spa, but it's only been 6 months and it's leaking. We are on day #3 of calling and talking to various people in Service, who so far have only managed to tell us that we will be getting a call back from [the service person, the Technician, or someone]. Terrible start to our Sunset Spa experience. Buyers beware.

I had an awesome experience here. They had so many choices to choose from. Vlad is a cool guy and knew a lot about all the different spas. He helped me find the right hot tub for my yard for my family to enjoy! Bonus: my little one loved the rubber ducky that came with the hot tub! ☺️

We purchased a spa from Sunset Spas on Costco Drive, November 26, 2022. Doug Crawford was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was never pushy. He is a "A" personality without a doubt, but I am OK with that. After a lot of questions and visiting a competitor, we went with a Sunset Spa (house spa). Best words I could use for a unit on display with no nameplate on it like a Jacuzzi or Viking. It is actually a Sunrans model SR878. But, good luck finding that out, unless you research the internet like I did.
I set up for delivery with Maria. She was awesome and easy to work with. Three weeks later, as promised Mark and his crew showed up with our new tub. About two hours later it was installed, up and running. Mark gave me a start up kit, manuals and a rundown on operating the tub. I would recommend you give Sunset Spa a try if you are looking for a hot tub.

Incredible service. Doug was so knowledgeable about all the tubs, he answered all our questions with ease and told us more information than we even thought to ask. There was an easy financing option but the price was so good we paid in full. From the second we walked in he took care of us. Amazing Deal. We ended up with so much more in our tub for much less than the other shop we looked in. The entire experience was so positive and both me and my husband will tell our friends to shop at SunsetSpas with Doug. He gave us his card and said to call with any questions or concerns. FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE
