My experience at this place was awful.
While I do have to say the venue was well built with nice lighting, the valet was very helpful, and the place had 3 different bars that were well staffed, the bouncers and security personnel were atrocious.

I went for the first time the other night and what I saw made me never want to return.

Specifically, one of their patrons ended up getting overly intoxicated and was passed out outside the entrance. Some passersby tried to render aid and make sure the person was ok. While they were trying to render aid, one of the bouncers came by and said "He is not your problem, just leave him" and "you guys are better people than me, I would just leave him" and "oh well if he dies". Then, the bouncer proceeded to simply watch over the area and render absolutely no aid or call for any help. He behavior was simply atrocious and really painted a bad light for this venue. When some of the passersby confronted him about his behavior, he just left and hid inside. The simple lack of professionalism was astonishing and I would say to anyone thinking of attending this venue to steer clear. These guys have such power trips.

In addition to the absolute lack of due care exercised by these bouncers, they also barely checked ID upon entrance. They specifically checked mine but only did so briefly and I saw about 3 people slide past me when I was getting mine checked.

Overall, just absolutely terrible security at this establishment! I will never be returning and I highly recommend just going somewhere else. The club is fine but not worth the hassle of their personnel.

I thought it was a great night club experience. It’s Security heavy and the crowd is pretty young/mixed. The DJ was great and it was mostly hip hop.

It’s a very open area and the setup looks great. I think it’s mostly for a bottle service experience because of the seating placements. I’d definitely come back again.

This place has nailed it! The lighting is perfect t, vibe on point, bartenders kept a rad attitude even amidst chaos, and security was tough but cool so I felt totally safe. Especially appreciate that instead of single-use cups which make a place feel low-class and trashed up, they serve their drinks in real cups. Yes, plastic so there isn't broken glass, but reusable, sturdy cups that don't feel like you're getting champagne or a cocktail in a high school garage party. There was always crew cleaning up so even at the end of the night, it still felt posh and leveled up. Looking forward to seeing more music here. Hopefully DJ Charisma again cuz she rocked it. Cheers to a great vibe.

I bought tickets to the concert. When purchasing tickets on the website, the Battle Request service was indicated. At the entrance you were asked to provide your ID and credit card. When we were seated at the table, we were told that we needed to purchase 2 bottles of alcohol. The minimum price for a bottle of vodka was 450 dollars, the maximum was 2000. And they did not give us the ID until we signed that we would buy at least one bottle from them. the price for champagne on the menu was listed at $500. but the bill came for $670. I believe that these are scammers who take your documents until you give them money. When purchasing tickets on the website, the cost of alcohol was not indicated. this is an incredible price!

She answered all of my questions promptly, and her availability at all times was truly remarkable. Her dedication and attention to detail ensured that we had a successful event. So we tried to close out our tab after buying multiple drinks and paying the
advanced admission fee and they said they didn’t have our card. We called the LAPD after getting kicked out for asking to get the card back and they sided with the club and the staff claimed that they didn’t have our card. We left with nothing. Disrespectful and disgusting, never go here they are scam artists.
