this is a nice park with lots of activities. I enjoyed the hiking group along with tai chi and chair exercises. The people are wonderful and you will never get bored. There is a lot of music events in this park.

We really like Sunscape! Not crazy about the area it's in so much, but really like the park enough that we would consider buying a lot!
That's saying a lot! It's well taken care of and owned by residents. It's an Escapees members park.

We rented a lot from private owners, who were great. The park is well managed with very pleasant people. The amenities are nice, and all of our neighbors were nice and friendly. The only issue we found was the water it is very hard. Laundry difficult to get clean and rinsed at park's laundry facilities. But that is how the water is so most lot owners upgrade with water softeners and solve this problem. Will hopefully return, and will
recommend to family friends and coworkers.

My first experience @ Sunscapes completely blew me away. I thought it was a few years old but not 30! It is one of the cleanest places I've ever seen for a business. Every single person out of over 1,000 at least, are very friendly and helpful. Too many amenities to ignore and very reasonable on food, prices, rates, propane, clean streets, gated at night. No hooligans here!!!

We stayed here for 3 1/2 months over the winter. A very, very clean & well managed RV Resort. All are full hook-ups, gravels sites with cement patio and sidewalk, streets are paved. The pool is absolutely beautiful (and warm at 86 degrees). 2 awesome & clean laundry rooms. A lot of activities too. I loved the sewing room/ craft room.... so many nice people and clubs to join. It is 55+ Resort and very quiet !!!
Some people actually own their lots, as they winter here every year, and a handful of permanent residents too. I will definitely be back for another winter stay.

We were lucky enough to get the last available lot in October 2018 and love it here so much that we have reserved for this year also. The amenities are plentiful and cleaned and attended to daily - the entertainment manager arranges trips to cotton farms to casinos, theaters, shows and there is always something going on in the park and the friendliest residents on the planet will greet you and welcome you into their hearts. The desert is perfect for pet walking and Casa Grande is a ten minute drive.
