WEIRD EXPERIENCE!!!! When trying to leave a tip the front desk prompted us with a Venmo scan so I asked if the tip goes straight the masseuse. She then asked how much for each and we said $20 each. Then she proceeded to pressure me into sending it which I thought okay. She then proceeded to pull my bag and forcibly touch my phone to make sure it was sent which I had the intention of doing! Then she argued with me as if I didn’t have the money which made me not send the tip!! Wendy was amazing and I had the intention of coming back just for the experience I had with Wendy. The front desk lady seems shady as if the money is being kept by her! Also our wallets and bag were not left in the place we left them.

I opted in for an hour massage and was asked by the receptionist to pay upfront which was an unusual request for services that were not yet rendered but I agreed.

What I found rather odd is that she also asked me to pay a tip upfront. 🙄😩

I let how know that that is not how it works and I wouldn’t be paying a tip upfront.

The massage itself was not as pleasant as I thought it would be, the room was very cold and my hands were freezing.

Finally, on my way out she hands me a small cup of water and asks me about a tip? Both her and the receptionist pin me in front of other customers as if I was leaving without paying. 😭😭😭

Tipping is not a requirement but rather a discretionary gift for doing a great job.

Very great! Cindy is strong and knows how to give a Good massage! Just what I needed after working hard. Very clean and professional. Deep muscle massage, worked out knots and worked well The glutes! The hot stones are a great addition! Highly recommend

I got a foot reflexology massage by Helen it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I will be back. She did my head face neck arms and hands before she started my foot massage. She did amazing
