Not bad. Wish there was food or a watering hole nearby. Spent a week here and really enjoyed the clothing optional pool and hot tub. Guess I'm here during the off season so it's very quiet and kinda boring.

The restrooms 🚻 are clean, and the parking lot is very spacious. It has two playgrounds, one for toddler's and one for bigger kids. A running 🏃‍♀️, walking, and biking treks , area to cook your hamburgers 🍔 and carne asada. A huge lake with ducks and fish 🐟 , tables areas, and many more to spend family or friends good time .

Don't go there!! Unless you think that you are better than others. I called to see if they had any spaces available. They do not accept campers or RV's. That are 10yrs or older. Is my money not green enough I have gone into multi million dollar home that we're total pig pens. And they were rude & inconsiderate of others. And have gone into homes in the hood. Where it was the most beautiful, warmest home and people. I have ever met.
You should be ashamed of yourself!!

Stayed here for a month and it was wonderful. Super friendly residents, large dog walk area, swimming pool, ping pong, and horseshoes. 2 restroom areas, 2 laundry areas run by a card. The blue angels train right over the place on Thursday and Saturday, it's so cool. Pretty quiet at night and even during the day. Weather was great and sunny all through February, just a bit windy some days. Great place to stay!

Beautiful setting. The staff were all extremely friendly. The sites are very well kept, serviced, and large. We thought it was very well priced for the amenities that were offered. The pool was nice and warm and our 7 month old baby enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again!

The park was easy to find. It is located north of I 8 about 6 miles west of El Centro. There is pavement all the way including interior roads. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. We arrived at the closed gate and we met and escorted to our site. A gate card is required for access. The rules are fairly basic.

Our site, 233, was a gravel base pull through that was easily long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable) were to the left side. Distancing is fair for a rural park. . Each site has a Concrete patio and a table. Some had a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was clean, neat and tidy. The only fail was because of mosquitoes. Standing water just outside of the fenced park would be the source.

There is NO park included wifi but our Hot Spot served us well. We did not use the washrooms or showers or laundromat but we checked and found them clean.

The resort amenities are many but we did not join as we we were just short termers. The seasonal residents were friendly and treated us well.

There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find a small grocery and El Centro has all services. We found this park to be an okay overnighter. We paid $41.00 per night and we feel we received very good value. We will be back if in the area again

The resort is very well kept. It is easy to find . The management team was very friendly. It has complete hook ups. The lake is a good size and we caught two good sized fish . There is a pool but I dont remember seeing a playground however resort sits behind a huge park . I felt very secure. I would recommend to anyone for a gateway to visit for a night or two.
