They check in process is easy, the lady gives you all the info you need as in ice machines..... The halls in these buildings (2 buildings) have a distinct smell i dont like, probablyan intention scent put out by vacuum cleaner. . I used a grape scent spray in the room.

Do not stay here. Roach infested. There are no redeeming qualities. Nothing is clean. Nothing works. And on our very hurried escape, the front desk was very unpleasant that we wanted to cancel the rest of our stay at 4 am because of roaches everywhere.

ROACH INFESTED, Manager RUDE I was in a room with children above me I asked to move due to them running literally ALL NIGHT long and was told NO, room was very dirty and furniture was falling apart. grounds was unkept and the residents hung out all day doing drugs in the picnic area.

the kitchen had NO dishes or pots plus the stove did not work. I turn on the over and it started smoking

Not only did the front desk clerk follow me to my room but he tried to come into it. There are bugs everywhere and frankly I felt safer in east lake.

I only booked this room for 1 night and it wasn’t my most pleasant stay. There was a roach In the sink then my kids found a roach in the bathroom on the wall behind the towels. My mother told the front desk agent that our tv stopped working and no one ever came to fix it or to see what was wrong with it. This was the worst stay. And to pay $124 for one night wasn’t worth it. Should’ve been more like $60. I would never stay here again. And would not recommend it. I even have a video of the roaches crawling around in the bathroom but it won’t let me share the video. I am completely trust drive 12 hrs from a different state and to come here for a nights rest and have to deal with this. I want a refund. If not a full at least a partial

Positive: "" Negative: This establishment is not a hotel, it's government housing projects. Cussing, fighting and weed everywhere you turn. Room was absolutely disgusting, smelled, lights didn't work, windows didn't close, floors sticky. Left as soon as I saw my room. Stay away

Priceline has this hotel for booking packages and it should not! THERE ARE ROACHES!!!! I booked this hotel and did not stay One Night! Roaches were walking around and in the bathtub!!!

It’s probably closer to 4 starts when you consider the price but maybe I just got a good ‘weekly’ rate. The place is dirty and there are zero amenities. (Maybe the gym is good, have not checked because my gym is across the street from here) but the rooms are very big and livable for long-term if you need it to. My only complaint is the cleanliness, but I certainly haven’t seen any live bugs. But I see evidence of the bug issue been addressed, so I’m comfortable with that. This is not the Ritz, Carlton, or W. This is exactly what I expect for what I paid for in fact, I think that it’s better. If you want something nicer than stay at the Marriott and spend an extra hundred dollars a night for a smaller (but cleaner) room and more up to date amenities. The washer and dryers for clothes are good but I don’t know if I would call that an amenity. Also, the maintenance guy is probably the coolest employee here. Aside from him, every single employee I’ve had to deal with has been relatively rude and unhelpful. But honestly, if I worked here, I would probably be very rude and unhelpful also because I bet they deal with some real s*** so I give them credit for at least kinda showing up and answering the phone and stuff.
