I last minute booked an appointment due to a different salon rescheduling (as I was literally in the salon chair!!), left, ended up booking for the wrong service here (clicked "Hair Color Root Touchup", instead of partial highlights), explained what I wanted done, and she was able to get it done, even on a time crunch! I don't have any before pictures regrettably, but imagine decently grown out brown roots, with mainly brassy/yellow highlights.
She was able to meet my needs, even with me messing up the service selection, in a timely manner. She was straight forward, and got the job done. My hair looks great, even with my crappy bathroom lighting!! I added a picture of it in front of natural light too.
One thing I'd like to note for anybody looking into going here, is that tips are cash only, they do have an ATM available with a small fee though! 😀
I will definitely be back! (Scheduling the proper service, this time) ❤️

I've had multiple great experiences at this salon with Brianna! She is a skilled stylist, and a lovely person who puts me at ease! I have very chaotic curly hair and she has done well! I was pleased with my bridal hair trial with her a few months ago, and my curly haircut today (picture is of the latter!)

I have gone to this place a few times for their spa services and my experience has been great. Recently I decided to get a fresh hair cut and hair color. I took an inspiration picture with them (one from another salon), and asked for babylights, similar to the picture. The one attending to me mentioned that it’ll look “too blonde” and suggested I go for balayage instead and presented me with a color palette book. I was looking for something so subtle to add a teeny tiny bit of dimension to my natural black hair without something standing out. We went with 7nw as she mentioned that will give that effect I’m looking for. And for the haircut I asked for a face framing layer and some mild layers in the back to take some weight of the ends. She colored cut and blow dryed my hair and showed me the end result which honestly I was not unhappy with at the time. A few days later I started noticing the color become super brassy and stand out( I hadn’t gotten a hair wash since the cut) and it surprised me. When I finally had a wash (used a color protectant shampoo + conditioner) I noticed there was barely any color left in my hair and the cut was awful. Attached are the images of what I asked for, and what my hair ended up being.

Update: I went to the salon the following weekend (5 days from the cut and color) and they barely bothered to respond/acknowledge/take accountability or offer a fix. Clearly they don’t care about the client satisfaction component in this salon.

I had my first professional haircut and style done by Jasmine and I have never been more pleased with a result. She was kind, caring, and personable. She deserves a raise!!

I've been coming here for a little over 2 years, and I love it so much. Cinderella washes, cuts, colors, and styles my hair. She takes her time and makes sure everything is done the way I want it. I can't trust anyone else with my hair after I had one appointment with her! She's great at making conversation, and also very funny. She gives the best hair washes too! She massages my scalp and I truly feel like I'm at a spa when I come here. I am offered drinks when I arrive too, and I feel like I can always fully relax when I come here. It was my first time dyeing my hair, and she did an awesome job! I dyed my hair copper then red and I kept coming back every couple months to touch up the color and get trims, and recently I dyed my hair a deep violet color. Cinderella's care and service exceeds my expectations! The photos I uploaded are from November 2021 until December of 2023.

I am in love with my haircut!!! I got a phenomenal appointment with Bailey. I was scared if I’d like my hair after cutting 10 in of it, but her work was impeccable! I totally recommend her work and plan to come back for another haircut. The staff was very welcoming and the board with my name saying Welcome to all new customers is really cute.

I requested an appointment online for haircut with Brianna and got an appointment confirmed at 12 pm. After I arrived, the front desk asked me to wait in the waiting area and Brianna will be ready in few minutes but to my surprise after waiting there for few minutes the front desk lady came again and told me that Brianna is sick and no one else is available to do my haircut and I have to reschedule.
I feel I should have been contacted about the cancellation earlier before I present to my appointment and not to wait until I come. Also, I still don’t understand why they asked me to wait for Brianna if they knew already she was sick today. This is in my opinion unprofessional and reflects poor customer service !!

**Update below**I tried to like the hair that I came out with but I hate it more and more. I went in asking for ash brown balayage starting higher up and came out with maybe 10 streaks around my head, mostly focused in the front portion. My stylist was Joshua, it is disapointing becuase I had not gotten my hair done for two years, but had gotten a balayage in the past and I am aware of what the outcome should be and it is not this. The service was 140$s and I do not belive it was worth the charge. If the stylist are reading this, is there a way my hair could be corrected to what I asked for? I think anyone can look at my hair and see that it is not "ash brown" nor balayage.
**Update**After posting this review I was contacted by the manager and was offered a complimentary fix. Jasmine Stock was my stylist, it was a complete 180 experience. She took her time to give me what I was looking for. There is a complete difference from the first pictures (before) to the after. I am happy with the results!!
