Studio G is an amazing space to work with. I hosted my launch party at Studio G the Owner was able to accommodate my needs to capacity and she has such positive energy. My guest had such a great time in the space I will be having more events here. I highly recommend this place for your next event. You can tell quality time and work was put into Studio G! 🙌

ZERO STARS.... The Owner of Studio G should be ashamed of herself for the way in which she conducts business. I recently attended a very highly anticipated event which my girlfriends and I had been really looking forward to getting together for however, upon arriving to the venue, we quickly realized that it was literally lacking basic necessities such as HEAT & HOT RUNNING WATER (Mind you this is winter in Chicago). The event host was truly more than apologetic in addition to accommodating in the best way she could however If anyone should have been apologizing, it should have been the Owner of the Studio as it was her fault that this wonderful highly anticipated event had any mishaps to begin with. Had the owner notified our host with enough notice, we ourselves could have been better prepared at minimum regarding our attire however regarding the Hot water not working, I myself would like to think that during the peak of Flu season, Hot water for proper hand washing is a MUST. The owner was so low class, that she left the host to apologize to us and let the host be the face of the venue. Truly unprofessional. Maybe the G in studio G stands for Ghetto..

Studio G Chicago is a beautiful space! Decorated very posh and modern. They owner is absolutely amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. I had an event there over the weekend, it was a perfect space. My guests were very pleased, and they all wanted the deets on how they could host something of their own at Studio G! I would definitely recommend this place!

Attended a Vision Board event at Studio G and want to say that I had an amazing time! The owner of Studio G is very professional, encouraging and pushes you to reach your full potential with her events. In this event we learned about crystals, tips on how to fulfill our vision board goals, and terrot card readings. The place was warm and cozy aside from the comments in this post. I would definitely go to another event!

Studio G Chicago is a wonderful place. My wife had her baby shower here and loved it. I was a little shakey due to the reviews but I see that it was more of a personal issue so we went forward with it. I’m glad we went with Studio G. The price was great and the host Zhazha was awesome. She accommodated all of our needs and more. Thanks Studio G for making my wife happy on this day.

What an amazing space! We have done events at many space but the energy that Studio G gives out is unbelievable. The owner, Zhazha is the sweetest (even after multiple last minute changes). Can’t wait till our next workshop on September. ☺️

If I could give this place -1, I would! I rented this venue for a national Wine & Numerology Tour I hosted throughout the country. I chose this venue in the spirit of supporting minority-owned small businesses and the decor looked like a great, intimate setting for my guests. We arranged to arrive and see the venue the day before but the Owner was unavailable and unresponsive. My business partner and I called her repeatedly throughout the day with no communication. We arrived the day of our event with no owner in sight and no instructions of how to even get into the place. Once the owner finally called back and told us to retrieve the key from the mailbox, we went in to the building only to find out the air conditioning didn’t work, nor was there running water to use the restroom. In the spirit of support, my business partner and I reached out to the Owner to fix the issue, she promised to come and fix the issue during the event but of course she never arrived. This was on August 6, 2018. Since then the Owner simply continues to ignore our calls, messages and request for a full refund. She vanished with our money and did not at all deliver the venue she promised. Bad Business practice all the way around and the worst part, outside of the embarrassment of a horriblely inadequate venue—-the Owner won’t communicate to resolve the issues at all. She literally vanished never to be seen or heard from again. I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Had my sons prom send off here. Nice place. No AC. I first got there no one was there the door was open felt a little weird to just walk in but she did inform me I was on a strict schedule so I knew I only had a few to get everything set up. After exploring the place for myself me and my planner got settled. I booked 5 hours after 2.5 hours the owner and another party rushed in rudely and asked me to leave stating her assistant had over booked. The owner than stated I could get refunded a portion of my amount paid if I left. I said ok and informed my party that we were leaving. Fast forward a month later no call no refund and no reply. Very disappointed because I choose her because I wanted to support a black business and it was a plus that she was a woman. I feel cheated. I should had known better because she never answered any of my calls before the event.
