I dropped in on a busy late afternoon and still got a great pie within 20-25 minutes. I ordered the veggie pie and a local Apocalypse IPA. Both were very tasty, and my pie was loaded with fresh toppings. Good job Stone Fire.

Very generous and Delicious pizza, simple atmosphere,but welcoming, ,and very courteous staff. The extra large "meat lovers" pizza was delivered to my table steamy hot and perfect crunch pizza crust baked to perfection. I enjoyed this quality pizza experience in store. Many tAkeouts whilst I partook of my pizza pie🙂 ! Local or visiting from elsewhere, Stonefirepizza is worth a taste❤️

First off, I had a review on here for years, but I'm not sure what happened to it, so I'll post another.

2nd, I work at another pizza place locally here and left a new review recently but took it down after a thinly veiled threat from the owner.

This place has amazing staff. They always treat people amazingly, but it doesn't make up for their mediocre at best pizza. The appetizers? Different story for the most part. Their garlic knots are great. Their chicken strips are arguably the best in town (which is weird to say about a pizza place).

The real reason for this review? You'll never hear anything good about these owners from anyone. I'm sure I'll get another threatening response from someone, but I already blocked one person who messaged me personally. Please don't support these people.

I have tried his place a couple of times over the last couple of years. They tell me when it will be done and I show up right on time to get my pizza. But it always seems like it has been sitting there for a while. I went over the weekend to give it another try and same thing. They told me 25 minutes. I showed up 20 to 25 minutes later and the cheese wasn't even stringy, but thick like it had been sitting done for a while. Maybe call the customer if the pizza is done way earlier than anticipated.

The food is great, that isnt the reason for the 2 stars. This December I've been to the Clearlake stone fire location 3 times.
On the 8th I ordered what I usually order an xtra large meat lovers, light sauce, thin crust and an order of mozzarella sticks. I didn't check it b4 I left, I should have, NO mozzarella sticks...jalapeño poppers, which I CANNOT eat. I called and they gave me a free order of sticks the next time I came in.
On the 15th. Everything was ok except that even tho they asked what kind of sauce I wanted with the sticks when I called...i got NO SAUCE.
Now we come to 2day, December 22. I ordered the usual - XL meat lovers, light sauce, thin crust. This time I ordered cheesy garlic bread.
I called at.5:04pm they said 40 minutes. I went in, waited in line to pay. I paid, they told me another 5 minutes (i was a little early). They called my name i picked up my pizza and bread, walked out to my car in the rain, put my food on the front seat, got in the drivers seat, looked over at my pizza, took my keys out of the ignition, got out of car and took the pizza back inside.
Went to the counter handed the girl my pizza and asked the woman "is this an xl ?" It WAS NOT. It was a large. Gave her my receipt to prove i paid for an XL.
At 5:59 pm I called my mother to tell her I had to wait for another pizza cuz it was the wrong size. I waited for them to make another pizza. They called my name, they gave me the original large pizza and a small pizza made the way I asked for the xl one. Now in my opinion I should have gotten the original mistake AND MY ORIGINAL ORDER. THERE IS NO WAY A LARGE AND SMALL PIZZA ADDS UP TO AN XL PIZZA.
The amount of slices may be the same - but in no reality of mine are the size of the slices even close to being the same. Obviously I am extremely annoyed.
You may ask why I didn't say something and wait for what I actually ordered? One very good reason, I didn't get home until after 6:30pm (remember i 1st called at 5:04pm). My dad is a type 1 diabetic and has a schedule for eating. Which is usually between 6 and 6:30.
I COULD NOT WAIT ANOTHER 40 MINUTES FOR THE CORRECT ORDER!

Man since they've remodeled I love going there great atmosphere and very friendly works their very respectful plus last but not least bathrooms are always clean.

Out of toppings, couldn't make the order right and forgot about my friends order. cheese bread twist were perfectly delicious though. Has potential I hope they can turn it around or I just went on an off day! They made my pizza with the wrong sauce. More toppings in the salad would be nice. Pizza could use more herbs and spices!

Friendly service everytime. Timing wise it's always so so but food is worth it. Pizza and breadsticks are delicious but at times they send you off with things you didn't ask for. But that can happen at just about any place we choose to dine out of. Over all my experiences there have been pleasant.
