This venue is amazing! Rain or shine there are options for your guest to enjoy the view and have the best time ever. Country charm scenery perfect for pictures. The owner and the staff helped us in so many ways to make our little girl’s memorial tribute special and Cloud 9 brought over the name and wings which reminded everyone walking in this precious being that we were honoring that day. We have been hosting a huge company event here every year for the last 3 or 4 years and the owner is so easy to work with and we have never had any issues with the venue or the people who work there. The price to use the venue during the week when we need it can't be beat and the venue itself is beautiful. The only downside is that the sound echos because the ceilings are so high but it doesn't ruin the events, it's just a common complaint amongst some employees that they can't really understand what people are saying when they are talking but I personally haven't had an issue hearing things over the loud speaker. The grounds are always very well kept and it looks like they keep up with maintenance on the building as well. It's intimate out there in the country so if you're looking to party it up, you won't be disturbing the neighbors which is great and no ugly eye sores around like some other venues. Overall, I highly recommend Still Water's Ranch for your next company event or wedding!

We recently held our UTMB Health leadership retreat at Still Waters Ranch, and it was an incredible experience from planning through the end of the event!! Jennifer was nothing short of amazing, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that all of our needs were met. Our experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to Jennifer’s kindness and accommodating nature.

Of course the venue itself is absolutely stunning, and it was a nice change of scenery for our leaders! We left feeling refreshed and grateful for a wonderful retreat experience!!

If you don’t book at this venue, that’s your first mistake! By far the most incredible venue I’ve been to for multiple reasons. I’ll start with the obvious, it’s beauty. Absolutely gorgeous venue with the high ceilings allowing for tall beautiful decor, open air chapel, outdoor cocktail area with games AND a personal Starbucks. The bridal suite is breath taking and huge, even the grooms suite is large (most venues give the guys a tiny room with a tv). Besides the beauty of the venue and its amenities I can not brag enough about the staff. The owner Jennifer is such a sweet lady, my husband and I fell in love with her during our tour. She is QUICK to respond unlike other venues that take days to get back with you. Pam, the venue manager and Kaleb their maintenance manager are SO helpful. I mean beyond helpful. They’re always in sight and easy to find when needing them. I’m used to never seeing the venue manager during the event, not having any help, having to take out our own trash etc. (at other venues) Did I mention, Not only was I a bride that got married here but I am also a wedding coordinator. So I’ve been to many many venues I was able to evaluate before picking the venue I wanted. So that says a lot this was my number one pick EASILY! If you want to stress on your wedding day then go elsewhere. If you want the sweetest staff in the world that truly care about you and your day then pick this gorgeous venue. 🥰

The Tisdale family is so welcoming and helpful leading up and on day of my wedding! The venue is beyond beautiful, all of my guests were complimenting how peaceful and gorgeous it was. I one-hundred percent recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to not only have an event but have the venue care about their day.
