I recently visited Steam Sesh, and while the staff were friendly and informative, the overall experience was frankly disappointing. Despite their welcoming demeanor, the facility is in dire need of attention.

I had tried to visit this location multiple times during business hours, only to find it closed. Today, I finally caught it open, but the outside looked like it wasn’t even operating. Inside, I was shocked by the visible clutter everywhere. The reception area was a mess, littered with all kinds of trash, which set a terrible first impression. While touring the bathrooms, I discovered one being used as a storage room, stuffed with unnecessary items—it’s clear that this place is neglected.

To make matters worse, there were visible sweat stains in the saunas, which made it feel anything but relaxing. It’s evident that while the staff may care, the facility is suffering from a lack of proper upkeep. Overall, Steam Sesh has potential, but it desperately needs a serious overhaul to match the quality of its staff. I hope to see some significant changes soon! And I hope to become a client soon.
