Wow. Unbelieveable. Baked beans and coleslaw were old and tasted AWFUL! to top it off, look st how much was given for a side. That's 2 dorks full of coleslaw. This is the 2nd time in a row that we have had issues when ordering lunch from here. Rude people that work there and their poor attitude reflects in the quality they serve. I wish I could give negative stars. Might as well shut the joint down.

Ordered 2 large cheese fries. Got 2 half containers of fries and no cheese. Refused to answer phone when I called. Now they're closed.

They made me a 7 by 7 even tho it wasn't on the menu and it was kickass! Facility super clean. Staff was inviting and nice.

Cold burger buns and warm, almost cold fries. Smelly bathroom. Won't be back to this location again for sure.

In Chicago growing up this was my Husband's Grandmother's favorite restaurant. Me and husband came here with our son and ordered off the kiosk we had issues with it , they ended up taking our order using the drive thru because the other machines were down, "No big deal" but, the workers seemed like they were unhappy there... So obviously we wanting to "Dine in" we went to look for a table. They were mostly "All" Dirty. My husband ended up wiping our table with wipes because He's not the type to care. He washed his hands with my son and said the bathroom had spit in the sink and smelled like a "Project housing complex" We then waited for the food to come to the table like they "Used to do"? In the past.. not no more. Idk but they call our name like it's McDonald's so we end up getting up and take it back to the table. You know how when you order a kids meal "Anywhere" they give you 3 tenders. We'll they gave us 2 not even full size. At least they loaded the fries for our son.. but yeah.. I enjoyed my milkshake even though they only put 1 tsp of cookie dough.. Burgers were good. Cheese fries were good. Felt like I was back in Chicago though. A tad ghetto forsure.

It was like “high end” restaurant quality at fast food prices! If you are not going to Steak n’ Shake in 2024 you are just silly!

Amazing steak burgers and shoestring fries and the chili tastes like homemade! Then we come to the Authentic hand dipped shakes which are creamy unlike the chemical tasting ones at other fast food joints!

The staff was amazing, the food was excellent. We dine in, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. You can only order by the kiosk and pick up your food at the counter self serve drink station. Had a great lunch will be back soon.

Placed an order for pickup. Arrived at the store and couldn't really tell if it was open. It's not lit up at all and looks really dark from the road. Went thru the drive thru to pick up my order and was made to go in. Get inside and the employees are complaining about people placing pickup and delivery orders. They were rude when asking name for pick up order and when the lady brought the food and drinks over she just sat it down and walked away. No have a nice day or anything. Even after thanking her and telling her and the gentleman that was cooking to have a good evening, I got nothing in return which is rude to me. I could tell I was an inconvenience being in their establishment so I picked up my order and walked out. Get to my destination and realize 2 of the 4 drinks were wrong. Open the bag to pass food out to my kids to find that one of the 4 fries was missing and 1 of the burgers was made wrong. I have always had a great experience at every steak n shake I have visited, but this one missed the mark in so many ways. I wish I had read the reviews before spending nearly $40 on dinner for my kids. They are located in a great place and could do really well in the area if they had someone running the restaurant that took pride in their job and wanted to see the business succeed.
