and we could not have had a better experience! We traveled to Fayetteville from Tucson for daughter's graduation in mid-December, but didn't really want to spend three nights in a generic sterile hotel room. Stay-Inn-Style fit the bill perfectly - it literally felt like we were in a Hallmark Christmas movie! Yes, very heavy on the antiques, but that added to the charm for us. Short walk to the absolutely beautifully decorated town square, complete with restaurants & shopping. Sharon was a perfect host (without being intrusive) - asked about any special requirements, dietary restrictions, etc. Due to time & schedule constraints, we were only able to enjoy one breakfast, but it was awesome - fresh bananas with a brown sugar sauce, eggs, bacon, homemade pancakes. Comfy bed, fluffy pillows, plenty of hot water, wonderful front porch/sitting area for guests,separate thermostat for guest rooms (added bonus - Sharon & Bill live in the back of the house, the guest rooms are in the front, so we didn't feel as if we were disturbing them if we wanted to leave early or come in late). Safety concerns? Stay-Inn-Style is directly across from the Fayettevile Police HQs, never felt more secure in my life! Our only regret? wish we could have stayed here in the spring, summer or early fall - grounds were very charming even in the middle of winter - but would LOVE to see them in full bloom!

My wife and I stayed here for one night as we passed through Fayetteville. The weather was cold and unpleasant, but the house and the welcome were very nice. There is reserved parking in the front yard, which was very a pleasant change from many older B & B's where you park on the street, if you can. The house itself is absolutely chock full of antiques, old photographs etc and the room and bathroom were on the cozy side, but pleasant, comfortable and warm. There was a thermostat outside our room which we were told to adjust as we wished.| The breakfast was excellent as the owner is a great cook (finally, properly cooked eggs) and we had a great conversation with her over breakfast.| We also enjoyed the location, which was within easy walking distance of the Square, even on a cold night.| Overall, we were very pleased with the Stay-Inn and would certainly return there if we were in the vicinity.|

A great stay. Enjoyed the owner’s reminded me of my childhood. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The price was great for graduation weekend in Fayetteville. It was quite and very peaceful make sure to check out the little waterfall. Thank you Sharon!

My husband and I have had a couple of awkward B&B experiences (too clingy hosts, made to feel like we were imposing, etc.) and so I made this reservation reluctantly due to its proximity to where we wanted to stay in Fayetteville and due to the fact that it was a very affordable price. Upon arrival it was very easy to check in and our room was perfect. The location could not have been more ideal. Sharon and Bill were just the right amount of hands-on/hand-off hosts. We had all our needs met and were never made to feel like we were imposing on anyone. Breakfast was delicious and they were able to accommodate a safe spot to lock up our bikes (we were also there to ride mountain bike trails). The room was clean and the amenities were great. We travel to Fayetteville at least twice a year and won't be staying anywhere else from here on out (provided they have a room available).

The Stay Inn Style B&B, run by Bill and Sharon Stiles, is a charming and eclectic inn in downtown Fayetteville. As you drive up, you see lots of trees and a cozy deck, with a small landscaped waterfall in back. As you enter the front door, you see antiques everywhere, with eclectic collections in cases and on the walls. Since the Stiles own an antiques shop, the decorations are authentic and well selected. Their B&B is very cozy, and the parlor most inviting and comfortable. We stayed in an upstairs bedroom, with a nice en-suite bath and a comfy queen-size bed. We had a restful sleep, and in the morning, a big, delicious home-cooked breakfast. The rates were quite reasonable, too. By all means, stay in style here. We did, and genuinely enjoyed it.

This charming bed and breakfast makes for a lovely, memorable experience. The vast antiques in the home make you feel like you've stepped back in time. The inn keepers are very friendly and easy going. The best part of our experience was enjoying breakfast with everyone who was staying there. We all sat around a table and enjoyed each other's company while being served delicious breakfast. If you're looking for a unique place to stay in Fayetteville, stay here! For the record, I am a woman in my twenties. So millenials, trust me, it's a fun place to stay!

Looked at this place several times before I booked it. Reluctant but it seemed ok for the price. Almost reaching hoarder status with the antiques was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. The room was relatively small, a little camped with the overflow of knick knacks. A quick wardrobe change and out to dinner. Upon our return and a further inspection of the room revealed 3 large brown recluse spiders in the jacuzzi tub. It was 11 p.m. and late enough I didn't want to find another room in town, so we opted to stay the night. But only after I rided our tub from these spiders. Awoke in the morning and a quick check of all our clothing to make sure there were no hitchhikers before repacking. One more new arrival to the tub though. I left him for housekeeping. We went downstairs for breakfast at 9:30 to be informed that it was all put away. Breakfast is served at 9 a.m. sharp I guess. Not always a bad experience here, just I had a lot of four star hotel options available for the same price.

Sharon and Bill give a very warm welcome and want their guests to have the very best experience. It's like going to stay at your grandparents' place, where one can feel at ease and respectful at the same time. Other reviewers are spot on when they comment about how full the house is of "stuff" or antiques. For some, this can be overwhelming. It fit the bill for us, especially as the U of A graduation period meant that everything else was quite booked. The hot breakfast was prepared with care and the menu varied from one day to the next (eggs/pancakes/bacon one day and eggs/biscuits/sausages the next).
