This has been the best 9 month hotel stay . ... Jessica front desk and Kimberly front desk associates are phenomenal. These two woman go above and beyond their daily duties to assure every need is met. Not only are they great the staff they have Ashley , Lara , Louis are just the names I know but this crew Fantastic. I want to Thank Staybridge for this wonderful home away from experience 🙏🏾. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, especially the strawberry waffles every morning! The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly and they greeted us each time we walked by the desk. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

They also serve BACON! |The beds and blankets are also so very comfortable. |We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute!

The building seems recently renovated and they lean too much on "newness" that they don't adequately clean the guest suites. We just checked in a couple of hours ago and while the kitchen is spotless the bathroom had disgusting brown stains and smears all over the walls and door. I wiped them down on my own and they came off easy. The shower had dust and hair and also stain on the floor. I had stayed at another Staybridge suite in Lake Forest the night before and there are stark differences. While the Lake Forest suite was older, the entire building and the guest rooms are impeccably kept and cleaned spotless.

Home away from home. Traveling with 2 kids. Ease to get to Mission Inn Festival of Lights. Neighborhood didn't seem safest, but appreciated security opening locked doors for us as we arrived around 10 PM. Made me feel safe and secure. Parking was also easy, ample and convenient. Hosts at check in were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about their neighborhood.

Great experience and would definitely come back. Suites are a great size, very clean and cozy. It’s in an ideal location with many eateries nearby. Felt safe and was a very relaxing place. Enjoyed every moment of my stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

I checked into the hotel and a janitor tried to get into my room several times without knocking. There was a lot of noise in the whole kids, running up and down the bathroom was dirty. I voiced my concerns to the attendant downstairs and checked out of the hotel a couple of hours after checking in because I did not feel safe. She promised me the manager would contact me the next day and issue a refund. Nobody has contacted me so I will have to initiate a charge back with my bank to get my money back.
