Location was great. We came in town for one night. The hotel staff were very friendly. The lady behind the desk was so nice and made you feel welcomed. Loved the private parking in the back for security.
The one thing I have to give some advice on is hiring your cleaning staff to do a deep cleaning. Pictures below. Shower is nasty. Something is splattered above the bed on the wall. Something is split on the wall by the desk. Baseboards need some love. As much as you pay for these rooms, I would think a proper deep cleaning would be necessary.

Close to convention center where my meeting was held. ParKing is expensive. Have stayed several time over the past few years. Recommend this hotel over the Renaissance which is across the street. I saved $200.00 for staying in Staybridge per night. It would be good to relocate the television for better viewing from the bed. Would recommend this to anyone to stay. Loved the breakfast food. Well prepared and excellent service

The room was clean and the guest service young lady in the morning was very helpful and nice. The only complaint which should be better practice is not saying you are sold out when a guest ask for a late checkout when you can go online and make a reservation. I am all for helping out the housekeeping dept but just say that. Otherwise great location and service

I was trying to find a hotel close to the interstate and that is the only reason I selected Staybridge - Montgomery.
Room - the room was great! Clean and comfortable. The King bed was nice and comfortable.
Hotel Appearance - the appearance was very clean.
Breakfast - the breakfast was adequate. Hot food with cold cereal and fruit.
Staff - this is where the four stars comes in. When I arrived it was pouring rain. As matter of fact it had been raining for several hours on my drive. I asked about parking. I was told I could park on the street or pay to park in a lot behind the hotel and across the street in a gated lot. I selected to pay as we did not plan to unload our suitcases. When we arrived at the parking lot our key would not open the gate. Someone had to come let us in. We parked and walked back to the hotel in the pouring rain. Later we went out to eat and we realized that there was a parking lot at the hotel connected to the hotel that was gated. I asked why I could not park in that lot and was told by the staff that the lot was full. I explained that there was plenty of parking as I walked through to the hotel but was told that hotel patrons had already purchased those spaces therefore it was full. I was told there were a lot of activities in town that weekend and that the hotel and the lot were full.
The room that we were assigned faced the parking lot connected to the hotel. I woke up at 3:00 am and looked out the window and there were more than 10 open parking spaces in the lot. I again woke up at 6:00 am and counted at least 10-12 open parking spaces. The same parking spaces that were open at 3:00 were open at 6:00. I took a picture. Also, the gated lot that was supposed to be secure - the walk thru gate was broken and anyone could have walked into the lot at any time. My issue is here that the staff kept telling me the lot was full when plainly it was NOT and it was frustrating walking walking a half block twice in the pouring rain back and forth to the hotel.

As a former resident of Montgomery Staybridge stands out from anything I've experienced. It is the best stay in Montgomery. Located in the heart of downtown Montgomery within blocks of all the river front activitiesn the social hour and breakfast are some of the best I've ever experienced and the staff are consummate professionals. Make sure to visit Chris' famous hotdogs and make a visit to the Civil Rights museum, both within walking distance of the hotel. If those aren't your cup of tea, the Hank Williams museum is literally one block away. I highly recommend this facility for all activities. It's a shining star in a downtown that is becoming an exciting and dynamic tourist area.

This is an incredible hotel to stay at! Clean, updated, quiet rooms. Fantastic amenities. Parking is $20/night but it's private and so worth it. Plus free appetizers and happy hour Min, tues Wed from 5:30-7. The staff have been so friendly and welcoming. And the location can't be beat if accessing historic places along Montgomery & Dexter Ave. I would stay here anytime!

This hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is amazing! I had the absolute pleasure of having Miss Calvetta as my front desk host. She was amazing, personable, and a shinning star of customer service. Thank you for making my stay absolutely the best. Also, I am very picky about cleanliness and this staff does an amazing job. I check ice makers in every hotel I go to. Usually I find black mold in the dispenser. I mean like 9.5 out of 10 times. Not here. So happy with this stay. Thank you!
