I recently stayed at the Staybridge Oakbrook Terrace and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day.

The amenities were excellent, including a well-maintained fitness center and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, comfort, and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Suites in Oakbrook, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless. The suite was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area.

The complimentary breakfast was a standout, offering a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The fitness center and laundry facilities were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to stay on track with my routine.

I've been here 2 weeks, part of a long-term medical stay. I can't say enough good about this hotel. The staff, though, is what makes it fabulous (and I rarely use that word). They are all so friendly, extremely helpful, desirous of making the experience good, and quick to fix anything that is not quite right (in my case, a recalcitrant dishwasher!) Most important, the hotel is extremely clean, and they work hard to keep it so. Breakfasts are a bit boring, but the quality of the food is good, especially the fresh fruits. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and if you like to walk, has plenty of areas to get a good walk in. Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. The room has a few short-comings, as in most hotels, but overall is very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here, and even going out of your way to do so.

I travel with my job and look for the Staybridge logo. I have stayed at this facility about 8 times over the past few years. The facility is clean enough. The suites are spacious and beds are comfortable. My issue with this facility is their cost-cutting. The ceramic plates and steel utensils are replaced by plastic. The "social" is laughable with menus that make no rational sense. The highlight of breakfast is fresh fruit, but most of the other entres are unappealing (this includes the oatmeal that consistently looks like soup). Cost cutting continues for loyalty club members where a 3 night stay in a two bedroom suite nets 924 points compared with about 6000 at other facilities.

Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our recent stay. Having 2 bathrooms was also a plus when sharing the stay with our 18 year old grandson. The facility is well maintained and stafted by caring people. Thank you!

Too far from the city to use the public transportation. The night staff and kitchen staff were amazing—but everything else was lacking. The food selection sucked, the “social hour” snacks weren’t good. The room itself was akin to a slumlord property. Hardware wasn’t properly secured to the wall, baseboards were sloppily caulked on and still falling off, curtain tracks were difficult to open, paint chips on the wall, and more!! The desk had some sticky substance on the top of it, the included kitchen had dirty plates in the cupboard, some lamps didn’t work, and the bedside table drawer was broken and opened 24/7. Honestly not worth the $150 deposit, and shouldn’t have to take over a week to get your deposit back. Don’t waste your money

We were so excited about his hotel. The rooms are GREAT. The Staff is GREAT! The Marijuana problem is HUGE. The smell is throughout the building at all times. The fire alarm went off at 4:30am (because someone smoking in their room) and we were told that this usually happens 3-4 times a weekend at this location. So if you want a great hotel where you have to rush out into the cold in the middle of the night- This hotel is perfect for you. I will not be coming back to this location.

I slept well room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere felt home like. The room temperature was perfect not too hot or cold after adjusting the thermostat. It was peaceful no noise from outside disturbed my sleep.
