I would have given this motel zero stars if I could. I had no choice but to stay here when my rental car broke down and it was the closest place to be towed to. I checked in at 11:30 pm on 11/29/24. The night receptionist was extremely rude and was put out because I needed help. First, the toilet in our room wouldn't flush and the heater was not working, it was 50 degrees in our room. I was told by her to stick my hand in the tank of the toilet and fix it myself, then she told me the heat would eventually heat up. After an hour the room was not any warmer and the heater was blowing cold air. My kids and I could not sleep in a room that cold. After going to her multiple times she finally came to the room to check it and insisted it wasn't broken when it was clearly blowing cold air. After me being insistent, she finally moved us rooms and the new room heated up within 20 minutes, so the other one was clearly broken. I ended up unfortunately having to book a second night while I waited for my husband to drive the 9 hours to come pick us up since there are no Ubers in this tiny town, but the receptionist that was there during the day on 11/29/24 was very nice and helpful! I understand this is not a 5 star hotel, but when I'm paying $85 a night for a dump like this the least they can do is make sure the rooms are habitable.

WAYYY OVERPRICED!!! They charged us almost $200 for this place and it's definitely NOT worth it, at most, it's a $75 a night room, NOT $200!!!! There's burn holes on the floors and sinks, stains on the sheets, no kleenex, rusting on amenities, no way to take a bath, paint on the ceiling and floors, the pictures on the website are definitely misleading. $200 down the damn drain.

Do not believe the 4-star rating. Our room was run down, wastebasket not emptied from previous guest, no hangers, old mismatched furniture, fixtures corroded, and they added a $100 "deposit" which was not corrected until several days later when we called them.
I asked for a couple of wineglasses at the front desk and was laughed at. Said they couldn't get any from the "bar" 20 feet away because it was supposedly run by "some other guy."
Removed two unidentified bugs from the room.
The $62 advertised rate somehow became $89.

Stayed there for a week, had to pay a deposit of $100 ,left the room clean but still haven't gotten my deposit back, called them to find out why they claim it was reversed but still waiting, it's been a month this place should not be in business ,very poor business sense,

Only positive thing I can say is I didn't see any bugs.||What a sad, horrible and run down place. Front desk guy was rude.|Free Breakfast offering was a Jimmy Dean sausage biscuit that needed to be microwaved, but no microwave in the lobby. Actually told us they only serve alcohol at weddings but 10 minutes later asked if we were interested in buying a bucket of beer. |Game room is slot machines.|They have a pool table though. |Front desk guy drank 2 beers while we played pool. |Travelers sleep elsewhere.

Rocky was very nice and helpful. He always had a smile on his face and said hello when he saw us. The rooms were very clean and it was very close to everything we needed while we were there. We will be back next year!

I was truly impressed by the exceptionally friendly and personalized service provided during my stay. The entire staff exhibited a high level of warmth and willingness to assist, making every request a seamless and enjoyable experience. This place was horrible. The room was gross, the toilet leaked and the door looked like someone had tried to pry it open. The place felt unsafe. I asked if I could change rooms and was told there were no rooms available. Then I asked if I could cancel the room, he said I had to call Expedia since I booked through a third party. Expedia told me that was incorrect. We were in the room approximately 20 minutes. Expedia had to call them and they finally agreed to refund one of the two nights. Hopefully they refund the $100 deposit they charged on top of that. Oh and the bar/restaurant was closed on a Friday night… Please stay away.
