I do not plan on returning to this nail salon ever again in the future. If I could give less than a single star I would in a heartbeat. I came back for a pedicure as well as to get my nails re-done. I had acrylic nails already on and I told them I wanted the acrylics removed and just a gel manicure done. The gal that came over to do my nails wouldn't listen and take the acrylics off she just wanted to shorten them and do a fill. After I told her multiple times to just take them off she still proceeded to tell me to just let her shorten them since my real nails were to short. I finally gave up arguing as it was getting me no where. She then asked what color I wanted and when I showed her the color she said they didn't have that color. So I picked a second color and she said okay only to grab a completely different color and put it on my pinkie nail and ask of it was okay. She had already taken the color pallete away so I couldn't tell her exactly what color I had selected. I selected a color I wanted I did not tell her to select a color close to the color I came in with but I was completely over arguing with her as it was evident she was going to do what she wanted to do and to hell with what I actually wanted done. The only thing I wanted done that I almost got done right was the shape of my nails. I like my nails rounded with no points or edges at all. I told her to redo the shape of my nails and she still proceeded so make a square nail and ask me if it was okay. I told her absolutely not I wanted rounded nails with no edges. She proceeded to mostly round each nail but still left points at the edges on some and flat ends on others. The ends of these nails are so atrocioussly thick it's extremely difficult to do even the most minor tasks. The gel polish started cracking off and chipping on my thumb after only 3 days. I have never had a set of nails done so horribly or had a technician argue so relentlessly with what I wanted.
I was also at this establishment for a long enough time to watch them use the same pedicure bin for more than one person. There was no bag liner, cleaning, or sterilization done between customers. I also watched technicians ask for tools from each other's carts.
I wanted to like this place as my original visit went to so well and they were so nice. However I was not paying any attention to the cleanliness of the establishment my first visit as I was just reading. After seeing how unsterile this environment is and having a nail technician do everything I did not want done I cannot justify going back or recommending anyone go to this facility.

I called and they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute pedicure due to a cancelation. I just had a baby three months ago and this was my first pedicure since I found out I was pregnant. I could not have had a better experience! Every technician in the building was nice and personable. Kevin did my pedicure and I would recommend him to anyone looking for one! My feet feel and look absolutely amazing! I recommend making an appointment in advance as they are that good! I anyway have my next appointment booked! I am looking forward to getting a manicure done next.
