I went there to get my nails done nd I asked for blue nd white nails with cow print on the white nd the lady whos been there the last couple times proceeds to put blue on all my nails (I asked for white on my ring fingers nd pointers) nd then puts nail polish over the blue instead of taking it off nd putting gel nd she messed up the cow print nd left gel under my nails nd they cup getting caught on stuff bc of the gel that was not filed nd she cut my cuticles roughly nd my nails had bumps on the top

Words can't describe how awesome this place is! The staff was super friendly and professional as well. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Friendly, kind, and generous and they made me feel like I had known them forever! I have found my salon and will definitely be back on the regular basis and bringing all my friends with me. I had such a wonderful experience and I love my nails. I made the mistake of using Kim #1 Nail and had the most awful botched up nail job I've ever seen. Star Nails fixed me up right and I certainly left feeling like a star with the beautiful nailwork to price it. Star Nails is the only#1 nail place here. 100 star rating!

Beautiful nails are a must! Therefore I highly recommend Star Nails of Ft Payne Alabama. The cleanliness and the absence of the acetone fumes that always gives me a headache is the first thing you notice. The owner of the salon was an absolute professional and the quality of her products were top of the line. Her meticulous attention to detail blew my mind. She is definitely a perfectionist I have been so unsatisfied with some local salons and didn’t expect Star Nails to be any different. WOW how I was pleasantly surprised and will never let anyone other than this lady do my nails. I get so many compliments!!! Thank you Star Nails ❤️ Your The Best Aroumd!!!!

Malinda and her family are the best!!! My Mother and I went and got pedicures together and they did an amazing job!! You will not find any other nail salon in Fort Payne more friendly, professional or thorough at doing their job! Simply the Best try them today! This is one happy customer!

Wonderful experience! Personal, friendly service.

I went in to get a botched acrylic job (from another salon) fixed and Tam did a perfect job. He took his time and did things the right way and actually talked to me and carried on a conversation. He listened to what I wanted and my nails came out PERFECT! I highly recommend the SNS dip powder as well.
