From the details at the venue, to run of show, and programs. As on Olympian I balance a lot of things at once, and Amber was amazing at taking control of the event and preparations so I could continue to train, etc. I look forward to our next event! Can't thank the staff at Stapled Events enough! I hosted my sister’s bridal shower here. They did so much to make the entire day perfect. The service, attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. The owner, Amber, is so great to work with. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered beyond my expectations. The food and bar service were exceptional. We saved so much money and worry on decor, as they have so many items available for use. The venue is constantly updating and adding value to the property and decor. Thank you!!

I used Stapled Events for my daughter’s graduation party and I couldn’t be happier. My vision became reality with Amber’s design. She left no detail out. The preplanning was absolutely stress free. She took the time to understand what I wanted and LITERALLY created it to a tee. The day of the event was flawless. She and her team made sure that I didn’t have to worry and could be a “guest” at the party I was hosting. If you want to have a memorable event and not have to worry about the minutiae before and during the event, I couldn’t recommend Stapled Events more.

On August 12, 2023 I recently had the unfortunate experience of hosting an event at Stapled Events at 3317 S. Morgan St., and I am utterly disappointed with the outcome. The level of incompetence and lack of preparation displayed by the venue's management was nothing short of astounding. I had expected to host a successful gathering of 50 guests, but the sweltering heat turned it into an absolute disaster.

The temperature inside the space was suffocatingly warm, with the thermostat reading a constant 74°F. As the event progressed, the situation only worsened. At one point, the temperature even soared to a mind-boggling 80°F, leaving everyone present uncomfortable and sweaty.

It's mind-boggling to think that a venue dedicated to hosting events was unable to provide a basic level of comfort for its guests. The failure to adequately regulate the temperature was not only disappointing but also unacceptable. It's as if the management had no concern for the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.

To make matters worse, the venue staff seemed oblivious to our discomfort. Despite numerous complaints from myself and other attendees, their response was lackluster at best. I had expected them to take swift action to rectify the situation, but it felt like they couldn't care less about the success of the event.

To add insult to injury, when I finally spoke to management, Amber, about a possible solution or even a partial refund for the botched event, I was met with outright resistance. Despite admitting their failure in adequately preparing the space for the event they seemed determined to shirk any responsibility. Shockingly, they weren't even willing to refund a single hour of the exorbitant fee I had paid, despite their inability to deliver on their promises.

The lack of preparation and attention to detail displayed by Stapled Events is inexcusable. I paid a considerable amount to rent this space, and I had hoped for a seamless and enjoyable experience. Instead, I was met with a hot and stuffy environment that made it nearly impossible for my guests to enjoy themselves.

My advice to anyone considering Stapled Events for an event: steer clear. The abysmal heat, the incompetence, and the management's refusal to take accountability make this place a complete and utter disappointment. Spare yourself the frustration and humiliation, and search for a venue that values its customers and is actually capable of delivering what it advertises.

UPDATE: In response to owners reply to my review. Since I posted this review, I have not received an email to discuss this further. I actually wrote this review because the owner, Amber, sent me an email refusing to right this wrong.

DO NOT BOOK WITH STAPLES EVENTS. It's crazy that an event space, supposedly meant to host gatherings, could keep its space cool for a party of 50 (and it advertises an capacity of 60). Upon arrival nothing was set up like we discussed and the temperature was at 74. As my guests arrived the temperature kept going up to 80 DEGREES and stayed at that temperature for time we were there. The oppressive heat persisted throughout the event, leading to sweaty attendees and an overall sense of discomfort that overshadowed any potential enjoyment. The failure to adequately prepare the event space and maintain a reasonable temperature is a glaring indication of the venue's lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Management, Amber, did nothing to make the matters better for us but just ignore our complaints. I can't help but feel that the organizers were more concerned with booking events than actually delivering a satisfactory experience for their guests. DO NOT BOOK WITH STAPLES EVENTS

Stapled events did my baby shower, daughters first birthday, my birthday, and friends events. Amber and her team are very professional, has quick communication, and bring your vision to the table. She works with your budget and is honest about with her planning. I’ve already booked 2 events at her new space once their open and I’m excited! Keep doing your thing Staples team. Keep up the hard work. 🙂
