Being a frequent business traveler, I’ve stayed at this location a few times. During a recent business trip, my plans unexpectedly changed and I called the hotel to see if anything could be done about canceling my reservation without penalty given the circumstances. After I was told this wasn’t an option, I said no problem I’ll see you tonight. Without my approval, the hotel canceled my reservation and charged me the night stay. I’ve left multiple messages with the manger requesting an explanation and haven’t received a call back in two weeks. I fully understand the cancellation policy however feel a return call isn’t too much to ask for. Rooms are fine but I’ll be staying somewhere else from now on.

We stayed here 4 nights May 2025. This is a clean , quiet very nice property. We have family close and will definitely stay next time
we visit. Special Thanks to Jamie at the front desk for helping us when we 1st arrived.

Good hotel. Safe area. Rooms are solid. Tad out dated, but still good. I can't complain. Cheap prices, too. Lots to eat nearby. 12 minutes from Westgate. You could do worse. Breakfast is decent, too. I'd stay again.

It was a decent stay, nice and clean.
The only issue I had was there wasn't a gasket on the bottom of my shower door so when I got out of the shower there was a giant puddle of water all over the floor, with the door fully closed. Other than that I'd probably give it another try, could of just been that room.

The freeway noise will keep you awake. The thermostat has no ability to keep the temperature at the set temperature.

Good hotel starting to show minor ageing of baseboards, wall paper and carpet areas. Some minor maintenance will go along way in maintaining its polish. Very comfortable lounge dining area located within the hotel entrance. Small bar area with a nice TV for sports viewing. Our room air conditioner was not operating properly, so staff moved us to another room conveniently located two doors down. Great customer service provided by staff. Fantastic location adjacent to freeway system.

Booked room after the AC broke in our nearby condo. Price was inflated for Goodyear in July, but thought it would be worth it to have a nice place to stay with AC, pool, breakfast. Then a dust storm closed the pool, and the water got shut off. Neither the hotel's fault, but $166/night in Goodyear on a weeknight in the summer is a bit stiff for such a poor experience. Management provided a weak apology, but I really expected a Marriott Credit to my Bonvoy Account which was not offered. I think I'll go with Hilton from now on.
