In town to visit a loved one in the hospital near by at Saint Agnes. Booked a room from the hospital parking lot at 9pm. It's only 8 mins away. Clean lobby and friendly check in. Room 221 was clean and was a nice size. Two double beds and a sleeper couch. Had a small coffee table, desk, mini fridge and a TV and dresser. Also included a closet with hangers. Air conditioning worked perfectly and kept our room with great comfort. Beds were nearly made and with comfy pillows. Vanity provided hand soap bar and plenty of towels. Restroom was clean and had plenty of toilet paper and bath towels. Shower and tub was very clean and water pressure was good. Shower included shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in a pump type dispenser.

I stay here for work every time I have to be here. Food is average, could be better. Room AC is the bane of my existence, the thermostat is on a sensor but at night it won’t register me so I wake up hot and can’t get a full night of sleep. Thermostat should face the bed at least so the sensor picks me up in my sleep. Its crazy the constant battle.

Review for SpringHill Suites Fresno on August 17-18, 2024. We recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites Fresno and had a generally positive experience. We rented two rooms for our family of five, and we were very pleased with how spacious and clean the rooms were. It's always a pleasure to stay at SpringHill Suites, and this location lived up to our expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

However, we were slightly disappointed with the breakfast. While we understand that it's challenging to provide a five-star dining experience with the regular rotation of guests, the selection and quality could have been better. That said, it didn't significantly detract from our overall experience.

All in all, the hotel offers a solid, comfortable stay, and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Parking fees $10. This is the only motel that charge parking fee under Marroitt in the neighborhood. What makes them so special? I don’t think I would like to come back here since there are so many motel around.

He had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS..very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind .He deserves recognition for his excellence customer service.. Big Problem for CA water scarcity, a hotel where front desk person advised you need to run the water for 15 minutes or more before it gets warm, how wasteful!! Noisy HVAC, thin walls noisy neighbors, coffee was brown colored tasteless water, however hotel staff is very pleasant.

Staying here for two nights, it’s a 2-3 star hotel. Room reflects this.

The biggest thing is the water in the shower, on a scale of 0 being coldest and 10 being hottest, it a sobering 3. I reached out to management who acknowledged on two different counts, that the property has been having this problem of recent.

I'm sure it will get fixed soon, but at the moment, this is a problem, just be aware.

They charge $10 for parking when they have all the space to park. Yet another fee.

Service people are all nice. No comment on breakfast, haven't had.

Nice spot about 15 mins north of the airport. All the staff have been so nice after a long day of travel and the rooms are clean and spacious. Nice outdoor pool with separate hot tub area plus a well appointed gym. Haven't even checked out yet and felt compelled to write a review. Not luxury but a great option if in the area 👍
