Very nice room. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really good. They loose a star for charging $20/night for parking. I hate added surprise fees and it's completely unnecessary. The parking lot and garage were never more than 3/4 full the whole time I was there.

We enjoyed the outdoor patio, gathering with family in town for a wedding. The room was nice and it was quickly cleaned every day. Breakfast was very good, with a server plating your choices of hot dishes (not the typical serve yourself). The sofa beds are probably great for sleeping, but not so comfortable for sitting. The bathrooms need wall hooks. And note there is a daily parking charge, although there are no alternatives and no reason non guests would park there.

Great stay and easy stop up to Tahoe. Complimentary breakfast. Book directly vs. a third party if you want Marriott points. They lose a star for charging $20 for parking 🙄.

I helped plan and attended a seminar at this hotel and the experience was amazing from the polite and helpful staff to the cleanliness, continental style display of delicious foods and spectacular views. I highly recommend having a conference or seminar at this location. It would also be amazing for small weddings with that gorgeous view of the Sierras. The location is close to the freeway for ease of access but on a hill so you do not see the freeway.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent stay at SpringHill Suites Auburn! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The standout of our visit was the incredible service provided by Amer. When my wife realized she had forgotten her iPhone charger, we asked the front desk if they had a spare. While they didn’t have one available, Amer overheard our conversation and, without hesitation, retrieved one from his personal vehicle to lend to us. This kind of world-class service is something you rarely find and truly made our stay unforgettable.

The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—just what we needed after a long day of traveling. Every member of the staff was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We also spent some time at the pool, which was the perfect temperature and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Overall, SpringHill Suites Auburn exceeded all of our expectations. If you're looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, comfort, and hospitality, this is the place to stay. A huge thank you to Amer and the entire team for making our stay so memorable! We’ll definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay in July 2024 and am so grateful for the hospitality they showed us! I worked with Melissa Bowers in Sales for a group block - she was incredibly flexible with our baseball team's shifting schedule, which made planning so easy! She was super communicative over text and accommodating with the team's needs. We walked in to the hotel and she created a sign welcoming the team and a basket of snacks that our teen boys all enjoyed. She and the hotel staff really went out of their way to make this stay wonderful for us - thank you so much!

The hotel itself was perfect and seemed newly built/renovated. The rooms were very spacious - bigger than most hotel rooms. We stayed in a 2 Queen room with a trundle bed that was more than comfortable for a family of 4 (including two teens). There's a restaurant onsite that serves great food and local craft beer. Breakfast buffet was also included. This is also one of the only hotels in the area that has an outdoor pool which was great for the kids and parents.

I highly recommend this hotel for a group stay or weekend getaway! Thank you!!

Very dissatisfied. Came for our wedding night and total was suppose to be 300 and paid already as we have a receipt
They charged us 430 claiming we’d get the 130 back as a deposit and they’d double check the total to make sure we didn’t double pay.
It is 3 days later and no money back. Literally on our honeymoon and because they double charged us and over charged us and are not reaching out to fix it, we are tight on money as we believe we already paid bc online took our card and gave us a receipt.

Furthermore we ordered $40 of room service and was charged $60. Where does the additional $20 come from? No clue
But we paid almost 500 to stay in one room for one night, where none of our upgrades were there. We had to call for our wine and our chocolates that we pre ordered and a menu to get overpriced dinner.
None of the management is returning our call.
I would like at least my 130 back or some of kind of compensation.
I am in my twenties with kids doing the best I financially can and Marriot double charged and overcharged me and underdelivered and are now not handling this as they said twice they would.
Still waiting for a call back about the return of my money. On my honeymoon.
