What a Gem!
I first found Sports Recovery Spa last year when I was exploring Red Light Therapy, of which I did a 10 session package. The Red Light Therapy room is private and you have two red light panels to stand or sit between. There’s plenty of room to change and there was always towels, water and a small personal fan in there. I loved it!

After a few red light sessions, I decided to try a massage. I am a retired massage therapist and am very picky about my deep tissue treatments. Lori is exceptionally skilled and detailed in her work. I am so happy to have found her! I am an avid tennis player and stay regularly active with weight training etc, and she really has really helped deal with the aches and pains that come up in staying active in middle age.
Sometimes she incorporates cupping in the sessions too! I have used the Air Relax compression boots after sessions as well, and found that to be a real treat!

At some point I look forward to trying the Sauna and Cold Plunge combo and the hyperbaric. It is such a comprehensive facility and I can’t recommend it enough.

Sports Recovery Spa has been my go to spot for massages and overall fitness maintenance/recovery. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapists put so much care into their work and as an athlete myself, it is so needed and appreciated. Recently I developed an ulcer and they recommended hyperbaric oxygen therapy. What a game changer. The benefits of using the chamber has helped reduce the inflammation in my gut and I leave each session feeling clear headed, energized, and overall physically better. I can’t thank them enough for not only their concern for my gut health, but their involvement in my journey to heal.

Had my first deep tissue massage here with Lori. The service was exceptional. Ive had many massages but this was by far the best. My interaction with her wasn’t how other reviews described. I tried to chit chat a little at the beginning but she didn’t seem interested so I kept quiet. Sometimes the masseuse talks too much when all you want to do is relax so I respected she didn’t want to talk. I was offered the Air Relax boots after the massage and enjoyed that too. Id like to go back and do the red light, sauna and cold plunge and would definitely see Lori again for more massages.

I discovered Lori through google and her great reviews lead me to give her a try. I was not disappointed. She is great at helping with sore, achy areas and releasing other tense spots I didn’t even know I had. I had an issue with my shoulder and she helped the pain go away. Now I can lift weights with that shoulder again without pain. I signed up for one of membership packages and totally worth every penny. Lori is the absolute best! Sports Recovery Spa has everything that you need for a rejuvenating experience to relax and help with any muscle soreness. I play soccer and my legs are sore after games, coming here helps me relax and reduce any soreness I have.
