I had a thoroughly relaxing experience at Spavia. Kassandra executed a great body treatment called the “Skin Renewing Sugar Glow - Guava”; it is a body scrub. It was so relaxing that I drifted off for the latter part of the experience. Kassandra explained the service beforehand, and her hands were so soft! Also, she noticed that I have a bit of difficulty walking from surgery and offered a hand down the hall. It’s the small things that make a big difference. I will be back to try another service and hopefully can get Kassandra again. (^_^)

My skin feels fresh, clean, and radiant. I will 100% be going back and making her a regular part of my monthly skincare routine.

Also in general, the spa is very clean and completely equipped with anything you may need.

Hands down, this was the most incredible facial I have ever had! As someone who is no newbie to facials, when I make a claim like this, it carries some serious weight.

Let me start with how adorable the front entry is. The shelves are beautifully adorned with amazing skincare products from IMAGE Skincare and my newfound favorite, Comfort Zone. I am obsessed with the tranquil smell and the clean ingredients. There is no doubt you will find what you need.

The facility was spotless, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing spa day. There are locker rooms for both men and women. I was taken to the women's locker room, where my personal robe and slippers were waiting alongside a personal locker for my belongings. There is also a restroom, shower, and a few private changing areas.

In the lounge, you'll find a comfortable seating area, drinks, and warming lavender wraps. So relaxing. You also have the option of sitting in the halotherapy room while you're waiting.

My specialist was Kassandra, she absolutely has magic hands. Kassandra took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized the treatment accordingly. The products felt luxurious on my skin. Each step of the facial was explained in detail, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.

The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing. The gentle massage, soothing masks, hot towels, and steam made for a truly pampering experience. My skin felt like it could breathe. It was soft, rejuvenated, hydrated, and glowing by the end of the session.

Kassandra provided helpful tips for maintaining my skin's health at home. I left feeling refreshed and confident in my skin. I highly recommend Spavia for anyone looking for a top-tier facial treatment. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future!

First time to Spavia in the West Loop. Nora is amazing. I so appreciate her professionalism and her knowledge. The best deep tissue massage I have ever had. The space is beautiful and I loved the relaxing lounge.

This was an absolutely stunning and relaxing experience! I booked a facial and massage for myself and a rejuvenating and hot stone massage for my mother’s 60th birthday. I enjoyed that you could select your lotion scent and music preferences at check-in. Nora was our massage specialist and Kassandra provided our facials and both ladies were a joy to interact with! Nora provided excellent pressure and found tension spots that I didn’t know existed in my body and Kassandra had such an amazing pace with how she applied products - my mother described her as having “butterfly fingers!” This was such a joyful experience and by far the highlight of our girls trip!

This place is fantastic. The locker room is so clean and the lounge area is so lovely and offers tea and water and warm neck wraps. I’ve gotten two massages here so far—both with Nora M. Both services have been exceptional. My first massage was so good, I decided to get a membership. She really puts love and thoughtfulness into the service, and I leave feeling so much calmer and relaxed.
