Omg! I found a gem. It’s my first time going to Spavia. Although I was running a little behind from the traffic that never fails in Chicago, I was glad I made it. From the minute I walked into the service and to my exit, everything was excellent! I really needed the massage, Aliya was amazing. She was patient, gentle and brought me to a comfortable zone. I went in with a stressed state of mind and she made me forget where I was at. I’m coming back for sure. Oh and btw, Lotus was super friendly, knowledgeable and I felt really comfortable asking her questions about other services. These ladies ROCK!!!

Last but not least, they have a great membership program. Where two people can share the expense and switch off services and for the membership not used you can roll over to the following month (I’m not clear on the details because I was too busy feeling like I was walking on a cloud). 😊

Over all, the best experience I’ve had in a long.

We booked messages for our birthdays. My daughter got a deep tissue, I booked a reflexology massage. Alyssa was amazing!! She worked on the knot in foot. I left in less pain, which was a bonus. I was just looking to relieve some stress. The entire experience was calming from the moment we walked in. Greeted with smiling faces and relaxing music, and it just kept getting better. I've always been nervous getting any kind of massage. I'm not anymore, we will be back for sure.

Spavia has the best customer service that is observed as soon as you enter the premises. I was greeted with a smile and services are provided promptly. The Ambience is calm and soothing from the beginning to the end. I have been a member since 2021 and it has been a wonderful experience from day one. My favorites have been Crystal, Susan, Taneille, and Caroline. Service of excellence from the entire staff.

I cannot recommend Spavia and Kelly enough for massage. If you have specific issues you need addressed or just want a relaxing experience, Kelly can do that.

The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. No sales pitches or pressure to buy more. I have been twice now and already have my third visit booked.

I've been in the salon & spa industry for over 20 years and have massage therapist friends and family. I saw Alex for deep tissue and it was definitely one of best massages ever! He hit everywhere that needed work without rushing anything. The flow of where and what he did was perfect. He asked multiple times how the pressure was and increased pressure as I needed so I actually got a true deep tissue (which in my experience usually I don't get enough pressure and it feels like swedish) he was very professional, as was the whole staff. The place was very clean, very cute, and cozy. I was so impressed I signed up for a massage membership and already booked my next one with Alex!
