Our experience at this hotel was great! Marisol at the reception has the gift of hospitality, always very kind. The standard free breakfast is practical to start the day. But there is a sandwich shop nearby if you want a more complete breakfast. Great location with gas station and Starbucks nearby. Super clean and free parking. Be prepared for the $250 deposit which was returned without any problems on our departure day.

I stayed at SPARK for 5 days and 4 nights for a business trip, before i got there i was a bit worried because some of the reviews on yelp and google, however as soon as i walked in to the lobby my perspective changed. The lobby was clean and very well maintained and had a really beautiful odor walking in. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the bathroom is a bit small but not inconvenient. The first day my shower was out of hot water but marissol quickly called maintenance and was able to get me a second room with no hassle. Breakfast is some bagels/ cupcakes and orange juice which is not fancy but also is a good option (especially the chocolate cupcakes).

Seriously one of the best experiences I had with staying over for a business trip. Special thanks to Marissol!

I personally would not recommend staying here. They basically scam you out of money. I paid a $250 deposit in cash for my second time staying here. The front desk lady Veronica first told me $50 would be deducted from my deposit because of “stains” on the towel and the pillow. It was makeup that could be easily washed out because what is the use of a towel. She called her manager just to have them deduct a total of $150. A bunch of bull. Never have I ever had that much taken out of my deposit. Do not stay here. They are money hungry.

Edit: They are a bunch of liars. They didn’t contact me directly. They didn’t provide me any pictures of my “stains”. There were no makeup remover wipes provided, nor disclose that they provided any. And to say I stained the duvet when I never got any makeup on the duvet is crazy. Completely racist establishment. I requested to speak to the manager, the front desk lady Veronica refused me to speak to her, instead she standed in the back telling lies to get more money out of me. They are very unprofessional and nasty people. I have been calling multiple times to speak to a manager and no one has answered the phone. They say they have to replace the towel and duvet knowing damn well they will just wash it out and reuse it again. Never will I book here again. I hate unprofessional, money hungry, lying hotels.

Recently renovated. Elevator is scarry. Stale bagels for breakfast. Very loud factory on one side, freeway 99 on the other. Online checking doesn't always get you the key, and keeps showing "your room is being prepared" for hours. I ultimately showed up at the front desk to check in , as I had to sleep at some point. Technology not their strong feature. On another stay at this place, I checked in online, picked the room on the third floor, only to get it somehow changed to a different room on the ground floor. I really really don't like being on the ground floor. I stay in hotels for work weekly...

Nice and calm place. Workers were nice for the most part. Breakfast is a bagel bar with oatmeal , muffins , fruit , orange juice and coffee.. it does the job in the mornings.had no issues with getting my cash deposit back.

The general manager, Andrea Is racist Unprofessional and really should not have the position that she does spark definitely needs to hire a different general manager that actually has experience in customer service.
This location charged me $250 for spilling a little bit of a buzz ball on the bed saying it went all the way down to the mattress when I asked for pictures Andrea denied because I know that it wasn’t a lot of a buzz ball. On the receipt, the claim is blood liners when I called she said oh I know it’s not blood. It’s a ball. We seen it in the trash then why the are you still claiming blood liners

Great lodging for the price and proximity to the highway. Friendly staff.

The building feels new and modern, but the walls are thin and the floor can creek when walking on it.

Rooms were nice and clean, great service, location was perfect.

Only complaint is the floor creaked and the walls are a little thin, I could hear guests beside me.

I’d stay here again anytime though.
