I made this 5 star review 6 years ago, and im back in town 6 years later to leave another one.

Kat is an amazing aesthetician. My brazilian was quick, and she was professional, and honestly, the whole thing was perfect for services.

Not to mention the entire 2 days I spent at the spa itself. Hot tub and cold plunge therapy is a must for relaxation, vanities and showers, and every amenity you can think of... I used to work here, and it's no wonder at all why people travel from all over to come to spa toscana. I've been to California, Florida, other spas in Reno, virginia, and there are ZERO spas like this. Nobody beats it. It's the fact that the staff care for every single little need with a smile. Hosts and hostesses: You absolutely rock, from cleaning up to finding everybody for their appointments, to caring for everyone as they were yourself. Youguys seriously are top-notch and butt kicking spa angels.

Manager Rachelle and director Bridget, who used to be a massage therapist there are both phenomenal - it's clear that their leadership really drives the customer service from top down. I was delighted to see some of the same faces still here.

Much unlike the majority of Reno, this spa really has a place in my heart. I love everyone here, and even on those busiest days where EVERYONE and their moms come to this beautiful place from EVERYWHERE, the atmosphere NEVER fails.

So there is going to a spa and then there is GOING TO A SPA!!!!! Holy crow this place is amazing! Everyone that is part of the staff are wonderful and so attentive. My Swedish massage and scalp massage was heavenly.
Then you have like 5 places to relax and Two places to enjoy a pool and hot tub. I have never been to a spa like this. You can stay all day and savor every thing! Every time I come back to visit my family here in Reno I will be sure to book an appointment.

five stars to Catalina who did my facial. LOVED her. However my 3 star rating goes to the spa itself. It was horribly over crowded, could not find a place to sit anywhere and there was barely any room in indoor pool/hot tubs. I understand when I was there it was “out of season” but if you have a sunny and 80 degree day and your customers are literally laying on the GROUND outside, based on how much you pay, you’d think the staff would be willing to provide chairs. We were told by several staff members they would not be getting us chairs to sit outside because they don’t take the chairs down until Memorial Day. Not that a bad review and me saying i won’t be returning will make any difference whatsoever to them, but i will absolutely not be returning. There has to be a better option in Reno lol

It’s amazing place to relax and enjoy the life! If you have birthday party you can totally make it in this place. Nice massage, two saunas, jacuzzi and pool in beautiful place. They have day passes, so you don’t need to bye massage.

Wow, have been here a few times. Last time was shocked. Men's locker room was a mess. I go to Atlantis and here, I will no longer go here. This mess laying around in mens area for HOURS, not a few mins after people left. Trash in spa area, towels etc.. ICK.. I did see the attendants standing behind their counter chatting and not cleaning. When I commented to one in the spa area, he said he had been busy.. ugh..

Love, love, love this place. Try to go at least twice a year. If you book a service you get access to all of the amenities, spa, steam room, salt room, quiet rooms. They have champagne and lunch service everywhere in the facility. It is amazing! Looking for more places like this in other cities🤩

I’ve been to the spa here several times but this is the first time I’ve reviewed it. This past week I went solo and just for a massage. It was a hectic, day and I immediately calmed down when I walked into the reception area. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating. The facilities are top notch and they use quality products. I had a massage with Kia and she got every knot and ache out of me while still making it super relaxing and pleasant.

If you need a day to yourself or want to go with a group, this is your place. There are so many treatment rooms and options and they have a locals discount.

Hot stone massage with Anjah was INCREDIBLE.
Nice to lounge at several different areas throughout the spa to make a day of relaxation.
My wife and I decided to do staycation/baby moon here and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the services.
