Booked massage for my wife, around 5pm. The spa closed at 5:30pm, reservation person said that would be no problem. However, they rushed her massage, didn’t allow her to shower before, and was overall a mediocre experience for a >$300 massage. I understand they have standard hours, but why offer a massage at a given time if you cannot provide the proper standard of service?

Much needed relaxing spa day! Love all the amenities from the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and gym! My friend booked the lavender pedicure and said her nail technician was fabulous! I booked the great oak signature massage(50 min). My massage therapist "Wi" was great! She focused on my upper shoulders given the time was only 50 minutes. She used warm Himalayan stones on my back! I do wish because the menu said "rosemary mint reflexology foot massage" it incorporated more reflexology foot points and holding. It was just a rub rub kind of foot massage. The treatment room and display of products being used was ultra luxe. I can't wait to come back and pamper myself again!

Spa Pechanga exceeded my expectations. I just had the best massage of my life, thanks to Eva. She applied the perfect pressure during the massage, and with the added hot towel experience was pure bliss. If you're feeling stressed from gambling or just need to unwind, do yourself a favor and book a session with Eva. You'll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

The spa is currently only open to guest staying on their property to keep social distance. It was perfect and not crowded, we had plenty of space to visit all of the facilities and not run into anyone. The property is absolutely beautiful. We took advantage of the stream room, sauna and the hydration spa. It was a bit windy on the day we went but we were able to enjoy the outside pool area for a few minutes. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, Ellie was our tour guide and she was so helpful and friendly she felt like an old friend giving info and advice. We all received the therapeutic massage with a clementine scrub and we recurrence the oil to take home. My therapist was Beau and she was amazing! I truly enjoyed my massage and the facilities. I do wish the location was actually attached to the hotel but it's so beautiful once you get in. It is a coed spa and all common areas are shared by everyone. They have cabanas that can be rented out by the pool and a large jacuzzi with a rock waterfall. If you're looking for relaxation and peace you will definitely find it here.

This was my first visit to the Pechanga spa but I will definitely be back. I had a great oak signature massage and my therapist was great and I enjoyed it. The only disappointing thing was I specifically chose this massage for as it was to finish with a rosemary mint reflexology on my feet and unfortunately this part was missed for some reason.

Where this spa really shines is in the other amenities. I loved the hot tub with waterfall feature. The other saunas and hot tubs were nice too. I didn’t know the spa had its own pool area separate from the hotel so that was a nice surprise. You can make an entire day out of enjoying all the spa has to offer and they encourage you to do so. There was a generous array of toiletry items provided including a loofa and shaving kit in the showers as well as a large vanity area with lotions and hair dryers. There is also a room with complimentary small bites and many other items to order for an additional charge. I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the locker room staff. They were constantly topping off and clearing everything keeping the entire area immaculate. One other notable feature is how lovely everything is decorated. I was so pleased with all the beautiful Native American statues and art that decorated many of the spaces. It was such a beautiful expression of culture and a welcome change from your basic neutral spa aesthetic.

Overall, the signature massage may not have been worth the extra cost since the “signature” part was lacking but I would absolutely recommend the spa for a perfect day trip and will be back to try other treatments.

I came to get a massage during my stay at Pechanga. It was wonderful experience. Afrer you check in, they take you to the dressing room to change into the robe. Then they take you to the relaxation room where they provide snacks and refreshments. I got granola and chocolate covered nuts. I also tried the blackberry tea they had and it was so good. Then the masseuse guided me to the room for massages. I told my masseuse that i never had a massage before and he was understanding and made the experience very lovely. After the massage was over the staff informed us that we were welcomed to the rest of the ammenenties the spa had to offer for the day. They had a work out room, a sauna, a steam room, a spa, and more.

The Spa is wonderful, beautiful and amazing amenities. Stanley is my favorite massage therapist, to be honest, the only men who I make massage with. He has a unique gift, if you need a sport/recovery massage, he is the one you want to have it. He reads the body like no other. Giving 4 stars just because I often get upset with the pool service, they never know out they are “out” until you order and after they comeback saying they don’t have that food/snacks. It has happened few times.

This is a very corrupt environment, the spa employees are being exploited and horribly verbally abused. Their employment is being wrongfully terminated for questioning why they must turn in their CASH TIPS to upper management, being told their tip money will appear on their paychecks. They are not given a receipt for this illegal transfer.
The tips are not put onto their paychecks only the 20% surcharge that each customer pays via credit card when booking. This is illegal stealing of cash from employees. Unfortunately when they question to upper management their jobs, employment is being wrongfully terminated!!! A lot of these hard working spa employees are from foreign countries they don’t have much but are hard working and won’t speak up for fear of losing the only job they have providing for their families. This should be Federally Investigated many crimes are taking place here. Please stand united with these services workers seeing that they get justice.
