Hanadi is amazing! You must go her. I was looking for a new place for waxing and came across her spa. Every time I go is like a therapy session. Big plus she turns on a heating pad for your back!!! I can’t wait to try other services.

I recently had a fantastic experience with a facial that was nothing short of exceptional. The entire session was incredibly relaxing. I could feel the stress melting away from the moment it began. Hanadi was extremely knowledgeable, providing insightful information about my skin and the treatments being used. She gave me different treatment options to choose from ranging in prices which was appreciated. Her personable and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the facial included the best head and face massage I've ever had, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I didn’t want it to end!! Hanadi is amazing and a skin expert! I was having a very bad skin week full of breakouts which left hyperpigmented spots. When I went to her, she took her time to analyze my skin and help me pick the treatment I needed. It’s been a few days after my facial and my skin has never looked better. She even sent me home with samples which helped supercharge the results of my treatment. I will definitely be only getting my facials from her from now on.

I've had a lot of facials and this is the best, most relaxing facial I have had in a very long time. Hunadi was very gentle, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted. She also gave me a bunch of sample products to try at home and explained each one in detail. I will definitely be going back.

ABSOLUTELY amazing Brazilian Wax!! For someone who's been getting waxed for over 20 years, she is FANTASTIC!! She makes you feel very comfortable, explains in depth what she is about to, and gives you options of how to position yourself. She has a wonderful personality and I will be DEFINITELY going back to her for not only my waxing but also my facials!!!

Hanadi is amazing at what she does and I am a long-time and happy customer of hers. I often visit her for waxing services and recently even brought my pre-teen son for an eyebrow clean up. She was so sweet with him, made him feel less nervous, and most importantly he said it didn't hurt and he was happy with the service. She trimmed his eyebrows and got rid of the dreaded "middle unibrow" that had started to form. Definitely give Spa Nineteen a shot for yourself and your teens!
