Some young guy came, changed my power cord and left. He was supposed to deep clean my hot tub too and didn't. We didn't know he was leaving, no bye to my husband, no paperwork, no payment. Got a free power cord and we cleaned our hot tub ourselves.

I had a leak coming out of my hot tub, they told me before they came what might happen and what could happen as far as getting it fixed or not. It turns out that the four main pipes just needed to be tightened up at the pump and the computer and as of later the same day it's still not leaking. They told me what it would cost just for them to come out and look and possibly fix it and that's what happened and they just charged me the one time fee, so at this time I'm very happy I would recommend. Steve who was the repair guy explained everything and he was very nice.

Spa kings was such a help with my hot tub! I had no idea of any of the parts I needed for my hot tub since it was older. They diligently worked to figure out what I needed and was able to come out and get the parts installed. The work they put into my parts and installation went above and beyond. Will be using them in the future for any repairs and questions!
