How Disapointing
I had to stop the facial. That was burning my skin.
the massage I took a deep one and it was barely like a caress.
They also suggested that I should take another appointment cause my back was soar... well no thank you. I ll never be back there. Such a waste of money

Nora Fountain, who is the massage therapist, is wonderful! I have been seeing her constantly for 1 1/2 years, and she has been a life saver. She is very attentive and always listens to my needs and concerns during my visits. I highly recommend her for any of your aches, pains, or general massage maintenance needs.

I'm much more relaxed physically & mentally since I started receiving routine massage treatments from Nora.
Focusing on customer satisfaction, before each session she takes the time to ask if I have any areas of concern
that need to be addressed and also makes certain I'm comfortable with the environment of the room.
The experience is never painful (as I've encountered with past massage therapists) while Nora performs her techniques.
She's highly skilled; instead of just digging in, Nora gradually works her way through my muscle tightness.
My 19 year old daughter and I both enjoy and look forward to our sessions with her.
The staff there is also very friendly.

I started seeing Nora at J’adore la spa over two years ago because I was a avid gym member and the workouts were amazing but I needed some muscle relief.
Nora is attentive, a great listener and communicator, she worked out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even know was possible!
I didn’t realize how tight my body was until the session was over. Oh boy was it tense but afterwards I felt so much relief!
I kept seeing her monthly and then I hurt my left shoulder at the gym and Nora listened to my needs and focused on helping my shoulder get back to normal again. I saw her every two weeks for a few months until my shoulder was better! Then I started seeing her monthly again!
Last December I found out I was pregnant and Nora again was the best and provided everything to do prenatal massages monthly for me along my pregnancy journey! She listens to what you need and is the sweetest! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Nora! I wish I could afford to see her every week!

Very nice experience at Jadore Spa. Booking the appointment was easy and they sent reminders leading up to it. They had a first time customer rate which was wonderful but the regular prices looked very reasonable. Nora was my masseuse and she was very attentive, making sure I wasn’t too cold (it was an especially cold day), making sure my hair was pinned up, etc. The actual massage pressure was a little too light for my taste (I had noted medium pressure) but that is more my fault for not speaking up to ask for it to be firmer. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. I received a facial and a microdermabrasion treatment. Both were so renewing and relaxing. My skin was glowing and so soft after treatment. Emaleigh was so professional, personable and kind. Asked my preferences, listened to my request and had a ton of knowledge during the facial. Facility is very clean and staff friendly.
