Had a Diamond Glow Facial done in May and this was the most awesome place to get one done! Liz was a very friendly tech and took great care of me. I love the clean and quiet atmosphere. Will def be back again!

I called to schedule a MiraDry consultation for my husband for a second treatment and had to leave a voice mail since no one answered. I have text messaged re: follow ups and the responses were they were "short staffed" or they were "slammed in clinic" and would get back with me. 10 days later and still haven't received a phone call to schedule. Very disappointed. Will be researching for another facility to use.

Went to Spa Greystone in Birmingham to have my hair lightened Evan Mill the Stylist applied heavy foils in my hair to start the process of achieving my desired color.
On my first visit I was very pleased with the outcome.
On my follow up appointment Evan did light foils and a root touch up after two and a half hours I left with my hair still damp. When it dried it was horrible had blueish patches in multiple places and most of my roots were the same color. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Went back to meet with Evan to discuss this problem, he said that he couldn't see anything and that he had the best lighting in the Salon. Showed him the pictures I made an took one there for him. Then he started with excuses and a Attitude. He is definitely not a good colorist and would not recommend anyone to go there to have their hair colored.
The Spa and staff there are very friendly and helpful.

I've had multiple treatments done at Spa Greystone and so far I really have enjoyed my time there! Recently I've started receiving laser hair removal from Peggy which while they warn you of all the possible downsides to treating dark skin they are willing to do some test spots and see if it's for you! I can say not a lot of spas are willing to even try darker skin tones, which stinks. So far I've had a few treatments and have had no loss of pigment but definitely a loss of hair, so I definitely recommend trying it out if your on the fence. I also see Penny for Laser Genesis and Liz for facials, while I don't see them on a schedule like Laser Hair removal I really like them and their services too. I wish a full facial service came I little cheaper but I can deal with it! Anyway I recommend Spa Greystone and their services, shout out to my skin saver Penny (only picture I have from Spa Greystone) ?

My husband and I booked a couples deep tissue massage. I had previously received deep tissue massages here with great experiences. But this time was very disappointed. We both feel that we received Swedish massages or some form of pressure points massage instead of deep tissue. We checked with the desk before leaving and did book deep tissue, but it wasn't what I had previously experienced. Additionally, I haven't had a massage during which my feet where massaged before my face. I never heard a sink running or know if the therapist washed her hands before massaging my face. I also wrote on my paperwork that I had my wisdom teeth removed 7 days previously. At the end when she started to massage my face, I said "Please be careful on that side I just had my wisdom teeth removed a week ago." She stopped and said "That would be good to know." Which was frustrating because we spent time completing the paperwork but I guess it wasn't reviewed?

Disappointed since this was my third time here and my husband's first time.

I have been coming to Spa Greystone for years now and I can’t compliment them enough on their service. Front desk staff is always super professional and gets me back on time. I have had laser genesis treatments with Pennie, Liz, and Peggy and all three are absolutely amazing—seriously. They really take the time to explain everything, answer any of my questions, and give product recommendations as well. I get the laser mainly for acne and redness and my skin has never looked better! The atmosphere of the office is very relaxing. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this Spa! The atmosphere is very relaxing and beautiful. I had the best experience with Peggy! She is amazing and knows her stuff! I had laser hair removal on my underarms and my upper lip and it was super easy and painless. I will be back soon! 100% highly recommended Spa Greystone!

I bought underarms laser hair removal package and went fine. Then bought lower legs package as well. This is my second session with Laser hair removal on this place. It did not do any good on my skin, causing me allergic reaction. I wanted a refund since I paid a package. Manager wanted me to use other services of the spa. Not realizing that she is being inconsiderate of what’s really happening. Having a bad experience, you still have to recommend OTHER services? Have to buy prescribed medication for the DAMAGED skin and deal with the scars. If you don’t want this same experience, find a better clinic that has a dermatologist that would constantly check on you. I have to call again next Tuesday to tell the manager to give my money back and we will see what happens!
