Wow, just wow. After researching hot tub brands, salt vs chlorine, sizes, etc... I decided to go with the Wellis brand as they seemed superior in almost every category in my opinion. Next up, who to purchase from? Spa Doctor was the closest. This is my first hot tub purchase and man did Brandon make it easy. He took his time, answered a million questions, and never once pressured me or gave me a 'sales' pitch. His team from purchase to install has been first rate!! I highly recommend. Happy soaking!

I highly recommend purchasing a spa from The Spa Doctor.
We’ve had our Wellis Manhattan 3-person hot tub for about two months and couldn’t be happier! It’s just the right size for two people to relax comfortably and the jet placement is perfect. We use it 3-4 times a week, even in the hottest part of the summer, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our home. Everyone from The Spa Doctor have been excellent, both in the sales process and when we during setup. Overall, a great product and outstanding service.

I rarely make reviews but Brandon and the Spa Doctor deserve recognition for one of the best customer service experiences that I can remember. I purchased a Spa from the Spa Doctor after months of research and it was delivered within a week from purchase, on time and with excellent communication from Brandon about exact time and with no problems. The Spa Doctor team took care of all set up, filling and instructions on how to maintain my new spa. Brandon has contacted me every couple of days to make sure that everything is good and if i have had any questions or problems and to let him know immediately if i need anything or have any questions and he would take care of us. I looked at Hot Tubs at several places online and in store for months and I made, undoubtedly the best decision with the Spa Doctor and Brandon for my purchase. Very professional sales and installation. All the team members were gentleman,clean cut and kind.
They removed a 24 yr old Hot Tub and installed my new Hot Tub. Excellent product, quick and professional installation and they gave me all new chemicals and showed me how to care for my new Hot Tub.

I’ve had several spas the last 25 years and pretty much the same model and manufacturer. Our local dealer is no longer servicing that brand. I discovered the The Wellis brand at a local home show. I liked what I saw and bought one. I believe I got a great deal as bought the display model from the show. They delivered it Monday and quickly removed my old spa and set up the new Wellis spa (Kilimanjaronjaro model). Very professional and knew what they were doing. They answered all of my questions and provided me the link to on line operators. They also helped me download and initiate the app for my spa. Still learning how to operate the spa but so far I’m impressed with the spa and the dealer (Spa Doctor) out of Trussville Al.
