The male masseuse definitely needs more training. Received a 50 minute massage with a add on of 15 minutes for feet. He barely touched the bottom of my feet. It was the worst foot massage I have ever had. Then the clerk said I needed to pay weekend prices. That is not listed on the website and wasn't told that when I called to schedule. I'm not the one who complains,but I was really looking so forward to this😭

Such a nice hotel room ,nice bathroom and comfy beds. We had an excellent time there and we will definitely be back!

Clean rooms which look either recently remodeled or are of recent construction. I give 4 stars because the toilet cleanliness could be better, and the pillows are hard and lumpy. We ordered a second set hoping they were better. Nope, exact same thing. At least they felt clean. It’s a shame, as the bed itself is very good. Improving those two things might get it close to 5 stars.

The rest was pretty good. The check in process was very easy, and the bang for the buck is decent, at least in early June. I suppose this changes in the high season, but overall a good place if you want to be in the national & state parks area but you want a bit of an upscale feeling once you are done enjoying the nature.

The building itself is rather wonderful. Some of the rooms showed major wear and tear and the electrical didn’t work in half of the outlets in the room my parents stayed in. However, my room had no issues. The bigger problem is the staff does not know how to communicate well in the reception office. There was only a singular person who seemed to understand what we were asking for and how to solve the problem, every other person would constantly need to see a manager. Unfortunately and regrettably I didn’t catch her name. Overall, not a terrible experience but definitely could have been better.

The room was very nice. It was clean throughout from the bathroom to the main area. It had a modern feel and was very quiet. The king size bed was very comfortable, slept great.

Not bad but for the price should be better.
Be prepared to spend 8+$on a ATM fee to withdraw at hotel. Or withdraw on the way to save. Also the rooms were good but not great. Shower head only had 2 modes, glass door has a open gap on bottom that allows water to accumulate on the other side where you walk out to possibly slip and fall or your stuff on floor could get soaked. Besides that it's ok .

I found the experience to be overpriced for the service. I paid for someone to have the full pedicure and express manicure. Personally, I will try elsewhere next time. It still made for a good bonding experience in a nice environment. Whoever designed the lighting in that area made a mess of things too. I am surprised it hasn't been corrected and replaced with LED lighting so the employees can see what they are doing better at certain stations where the light is most important.
