My brother and I go to The Salon for men every 6 weeks or so and absolutely enjoy it. It quiet and more personal here than at other places to get beard trimmings and hair cuts. Francisca Barrera is the best. She remembers us every time we walk in and remembers what we talked about last. She is very thorough and precise. I highly recommend her. I have put her card in my photo review.

This was the most relaxing massage I've ever had. The staff were professional and friendly. We were directed to an area the had lockers, showers, a stream room, and bathrooms to disrobe, and prepare for the massage. After the massage there were showers with cleansing products, lotion, blow dryer. Loved it.

An awesome experience at Laughlin Ranch Spa. Jennifer, the receptionist makes you feel very welcome. Melissa was an excellent Massage Therapist with just the right amount of pressure and pace. I would return.

I paid $125 for pedicure and manicure for gel polish. I spent 3 hours and paid $135. With tip. By the time I reached my car the polish was off my big toes. I went back in and she removed the little polish that was left. I have to have gel because I have my second toes lay over both big toes. I suggested she use the light to dry my toes and that’s when I learned that they use the light only on gel polish.
Today is Thursday I had this done Tuesday. One fingernail has no polish several have chips. For $75.00 I get gel and toes and fingers last 4 weeks.
Don’t waste your money. It was 4 hours and $135. 2 days ago and I need to go to my shop and get a new pedicure and manicure for $75.00

Location to spa SUCKS!!! Signs have arrows pointing restaurant to right spa to the left. So we went into the door on the left. It looked like a spa waiting area, so we sat for 15 mins. & waited for someone to come get us. At 10 am, someone called & asked if we were coming to our appointments. I said yes, we are in the waiting area waiting to be taken back. Lady was rude & said she was at the desk in the waiting area and we weren't there & she would send someone to come get us. When we got to the right location, the rude lady said, "You're late. Fill these forms out and it's coming out of your spa time. My BF said that's not fair. It's not our fault your sign is misleading. The lady dismissed us like we were trash!!! Even though me & my BF are both business owners, & probably make more money in a day than she makes all week. VERY VERY RUDE!! If she worked for me & had talked to one of my customers like that, i would have fired her!!! On a positive note, the ladies who are actually doing the massages & facials were amazing!!! We even purchased some robes & other items in their gift shop. But we will NOT be back!! Fix your signs & your receptionist!!!!

My wife and I honeymooned in Laughlin for three days. We stayed at the Aquarius and went to the spa at Laughlin Ranch everyday. Because we stayed at the Aquarius we got a 20% discount, which was awesome. The spa accompanies an 18 hole golf course and a restaurant. The general style of the place is what I would call Cowboy Chic. When we arrived we went straight to the spa. Once we entered we noticed that the front desk staff is prompt, kind, and courteous not to mention knowledgeable about their services. When the receptionist wasn't sure about a product or service she took the time to contact someone for us to get an answer.

Once you check in and sign up for your desired service you gain entry into either the men's or women's locker room. The men's locker room was spacious, had a shower, steam room, and bathroom. My locker had a comfy robe and a pair of slippers waiting for me. From what my wife told me, it was the same for her in the women's locker room.

The waiting area had a couch and two very large and comfortable chairs that you sink into while waiting. There's water and delicious granola in there for you while you wait. The massage room and other treatment areas are impeccably clean and we'll maintained.

My wife and I were doing a couples package and booked their couples room. It had a shower, a private hot tub, a fireplace, and two comfortable massage beds. The room was very comfortable and we were able to hangout there for an hour after our massages were over.

The massage therapists were great. They used natural oils and lotions. They're all professionally trained and we're very kind. I had a deep massage the first day, a neck and shoulder mender the second, another deep tissue massage with a back facial followed by a gentleman's facial on the third. I've never felt better and my wife loves how smooth and clean my skin is.

If you're on the Laughlin strip, or in the general area, take a 15 minute drive to the spa at Laughlin Ranch. The prices, the service, amenities, and the ambiance can not be matched by any other place in the area. As an added incentive, as a spa guest you have access to their pool, fitness room and locker room until you leave for the day.

The atmosphere is beautiful, but customer service and quality is low.
This is my second visit in a few years and unfortunately my experience has been far from great. The massage therapist are not experienced, which for a five star spa, the service should be a five star experience. Then to be told I’m required to leave an 18%, 20%, or 25% tip, is not a spa I want to continue to do business with. Very disappointed.
