We purchased our Hot Springs Vanguard, and it was delivered and set up on April 15, 2021. The crew that performed the delivery and set up were awesome. They were polite, knowledgeable and professional. They represent Spa and Deck Creations well. We’ve been using our spa just about every other night, and it is the most relaxing experience and definitely helps with back, hip and leg pain. The motomassage jets are the best, and we are glad we chose this particular model as it has two of these jets. We also chose the salt system, which was another good decision, as there is virtually no maintenance behind testing the water. We had an issue with the spa not heating, and noticed that a light was out on the logo over the holiday weekend. I called this morning for service, and the woman who handles the service calls was able to fit us into the schedule for today. We appreciated that more than I can say, and the two men who came out, diagnosed the sensor issue and replaced it immediately. Our spa is up and running, and heating again thanks to Spa and Deck Creations and their wonderful team of technicians.

Worst customer service ever! After waiting over six months for them to get back to us about our hot tub not running we ended up calling an independent contractor even though the issue was supposed to be covered under warranty. We paid $400 out of pocket to get our hot tub running again because we just couldn't wait any longer for them to get back to us. No courtesy calls, nothing. 🦗 🦗🦗

Spa and Deck Creations is truly a rarity when it comes to integrity and earning your business. They went above and beyond with their prompt diagnosis, assessment, and replacement of our new spa. Others may have just 'kicked the can' and moved on. But, Spa and Deck Creations was proactive in putting their customer first. I can't imagine using any other spa company to service or repair my spa in the future. They go out of their way to earn their reputation daily.

I purchased a hot tub from Spa & Deck Creations about a year ago. I wanted to buy from a local company and I'm glad I did. Jill has been wonderful to work with on a small warranty issue and provides very good advice surrounding care and maintenance of the spa. Wanted a hot tub. Stopped by, spoke with Ashley and next thing ya know we're expanding our deck and a hot tub is on order!! Very professional and attentive to all our questions.
You can purchase all of your spa chemicals and filtration products here as well as extras (smell goody salts and such for aromatherapy, booster seats, neck pillows, floating ducks....bc every spa should have at least one!!).
If you need a hot tub stop in. They have some fabulous tubs on display and will help you find the tub of your dreams!
They also service and do maintenance.

Big shout out to Jill for being so professional selling us our hot tub and listening to our needs. The set up delivery team is phenomenal. I recently thought I may need service, however, Rachael explained what she thought may be our problem and how to fix it. She was right… Good people! 😉

The spa brands they carry are good. Terrible, terrible communication and service. It has been 6 months since this started. I told them I would need a different cover due to a height restriction. These are the events: 1. Did not show up on scheduled site visit. 2. Sent two different guys for site visits, explained cover issue. 3. Delivered spa without warning, when I was out of town. Rescheduled 4. Recognized the cover issue on delivery, did not install cover lifter or drain. Still not done. 5. Scheduled a day for cover and lifter install, only not to show, and admit they did not have. 6. Told by owner to have patience, believe I have gone past that limit. I have bought multiple hot tubs for houses I lived in, never had this issue, with these brand names. This tub functions well, but I have heartburn every morning when I sit in it. My guests and visitors get to hear this, when the realtor uses my home as a model.

Update: Received trifold cover, it is great. Once again, appointment made one day, spa and deck man did not show until next...at least I got the cover. Still waiting on cover lifter.

Update 6/4/21: My cover lifter was installed and works fine. This completes the installation. Maybe my situation was an anomaly in there service, the spa brand is very good, and I am happy it is completed.

Update: 3/21/22: My spa thermistor went bad. I called and got very good service. The guys showed up when they said, had the part, and repaired. Increased their rating, as I felt like things went how they should. Thanks

We hired Spa and Deck Creations to install a hot tub at our cabin in Murphy, NC in 2019. We love the hot tub.
They also do the monthly maintenance and have fantastic service.
Jill and her crew are the best and we recommend them to all.
