I had gotten my mani & pedi done back in July 23rd 2021 for my baby shower. The technicians were super friendly and nice. Took great care of me. It wasn't too busy for me doing a walk in so I lucked out. I would definitely go back.

I had an appointment confirmed several days in advance for me and 3 nieces. We were on time, but they didn’t have technicians to cover our reservation. It was my 12 and 15 year old’s birthday and their 1st mani/pedi both of the Chairs didn’t work. Plus the manicure done on the 12 year old was sloppy. They are greedy and they really don’t care that their first experience is low budget. No Shame.

amazing, the lady there really wanted me to get what i wanted i had a photo of what i wanted and i think she did really well. but she was a little ruff and aggressive. i got a short almond french tip. great experience!

The best dip nails in SF/ San Mateo county!!!! Cindy is the best dip nail technician. I lovLily does great pedicures. Excellent customer service, clean facilities, and good social distancing practices.

I’ve been coming for years. So I only use certain manicurist for my mani-pedis. For example I use one woman for my hands and another for my feet. The ladies are all very capable but some do one task better than the other.

Would’ve rated 5 stars if they would let me sit in the massage chair/foot soaker a bit longer. Seems they’re always trying to rush you out as soon as possible.

Don’t be shy here is what I learned. If you want to soak longer or want something done a certain way don’t hesitate to let it be known.
